overall if we had another carpet place in town I would not use them

I was in desperate need of carpet for a 1300 square foot renovation of our 2nd floor and I didn't like the general contractor's carpet vendor. I'd used Carpets of Dalton for some stair runners about 7 years ago, so, I contacted them again. I spoke with Kathy at Carpets of Dalton by telephone on a Thursday afternoon. She checked to make sure the the carpet was available and sent a list of carpet installers to me. The price was comparable to the alleged "deal" I was getting from the other carpet vendor. I got the area measured on Friday and ordered the carpet late morning Monday. The installers picked up the carpet on Wednesday.

We have used this company before. The are responsive and the sales representative that we worked with, Aza Croates, was helpful. They listened to what we needed and made excellent suggestions.
