Description of Work: Frank Hutcheson came to our house and showed us a presentation on the "habits" of Termites. I was impressed with how much time and in depth Frank went to explain all of the "ins and outs" of the termite traps and how they would be checked. He was very friendly, patient and explained to us exactly what would his company would be doing as far as installing and inspecting the termite traps. He set up a date that they would be coming to install the traps on his first visit. They came approximately a week later and installed the traps.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. The technician did arrive late due to a miscommunication between himself and management, but he was apologetic and performed a thorough treatment. The price was much cheaper than other companies that we researched as well.

+ -1 moreThey were always on time. They gave me an intercom system for my termite control. And if they find any activity, they come back almost every other day until they get them gone. They always call ahead of time to tell you that they were coming. If it happens that you aren't at home. They will leave you with an intricate detail of everything they checked and what they found. They always come back if they retrieved a problem.
Description of Work: I use them for my termite extermination.

+ 0 moreI live in an area that is by the woods. I previously paid $85.00 a month from a competitor and we still had bugs. I switched to Arrow and only pay $65.00 once every three months and they have eliminated the bug problem. The most recently came out to take care of the squirrels.They were very professional and took care of the problem for me by sealing the house and even took pictures of the attic for me.
Description of Work: They do pest control for us and they most recently sealed my house to deal with the squirrel problem in the attic.
