AAA Drain Cleaning & Sewer

Only holdup was in the concrete removal, disposal and re-paving services which were sub-contracted. Weather was the holdup. The subcontractor did an excellent job once started and completed quickly. The Sewer/Plumber AAA were excellent, keeping us in business until the job could be completed. We never had to leave to leave our home or loose service.

Their punctuality wasn't that good. They showed up a day before they were supposed to and I wasn't home so they had to wait until I got home to start the work. They had some trouble with the drain, which was understandable since it had been about 10 years since someone has worked on it and it was very over grown. They said they would come back first thing in the morning the next day. I called at 10 am and was told someone would locate them for me and get them back out to my home. I called again at 1 pm and was told that they were on their way. I was expecting them first thing in the morning, I didn't expect for them to show up around 2 pm. If I had known how late they'd be I would have planned my day accordingly. The workmanship was good under the sink and on the drain, but I was concerned about the drain line. They didn't have the proper tools to fix the leak and had to improvise. The leak has stopped, but they didn't use the correct parts.
