Fraud/scam alert! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this guy (William ‘Randy’ Boyd) and possibly his stepson (William ‘Dennis’ Wade). He might be in on the scam too. And whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!!!!! Randy asked for a deposit and because I trusted them, I went ahead with it, but now, all I have to show for it are three doors (splattered with mud or manure) sitting in my basement. Randy kept giving me excuses as to why my job had not been started.... tools stolen, other job not done yet, etc. I got tired of waiting and hired someone else. Now, Randy owes me $4,658.78 and refuses to give it back. I type this hoping to save others grief. Dennis is the one who referred Randy, and I trusted his referral. BIG MISTAKE! Seriously, stay away from these guys.

This man is dishonest! I needed windows and doors replaced at my house so I contacted him about the job. He gave me a quote for the work and I accepted. Then he had me give him money for the materials. He only delivered half of the materials and installed them. He told me that he would come back in about a month with the rest of the materials and finish the job. After months of waiting, he finally told me that he had broken the two large custom picture windows that I paid for and he needed more time to get his insurance company to pay for them. He assured me that when he had that settled, he would bring those and the front door and install them. For months and months he would rarely return my calls and when he did he would give me excuses. After a year now of being strung along, it is obvious that he is not going to fulfill his obligation. I would advise anyone thinking of hiring him to be aware that he IS NOT HONEST and he will rip you off.

Randy was amazing. Worked with me in scheduling and always sent me pictures and suggestions which was so so helpful. Definitely knows what he is doing, and Always let me know if something needed looking at and what he recommended do but didn’t have to, but I always took his advice cause it was always the best decision. My kitchen is like a new one, and looks amazing. I am Definitely using him for our bathroom Remodel. Always kept me updated on everything.
