UNDERCOVER SYSTEMS

Description of Work: Rebuilt part of deck, painted deck and installed an undercover system. Instead of painting deck prior to installing undercover system this company installed the new undercover system then painted the deck. Needless to say the painter was generous with the overspray and got all over brand new undercover system, existing speakers on deck, etc. Even after clean up the undercover system doesn't look new - has streaks some areas are dull. When the company reinstalled the fan they had to take down to install undercover system it tumbled like a three year old. The undercover rep told me it was not his responsibility. I had to argue with him telling him it did not roll like that prior to him moving it. He reluctantly agreed to work on and when he finished he told me I was right - they did not hang correctly. Several sections of the undercover system leaked. After 8 or so trips out to fix only have one section left that leaks. Company failed to show up for last appointment to fix the leak so it still leaks. No recommending this company. Sorry.

Description of Work: We used Undercover to install an under-deck water management system (it is the ceiling of our screened-in porch, which is below thedeck).

Description of Work: I had them put a water sealant on the bottom deck off the back of my house and also had them put a sealant on the underside of the metal roof to keep water from the top deck coming through. They sealed about 400 square feet.
