Simply Quality Cleaning LLC

I purchased a voucher from Incrowd for 7 hours of cleaning services. I scheduled the appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. I waited until 9:30 and tried to call several times and did not receive an answer. I was late to work and kept calling and left a message. No return call. Finally got in touch with somebody around 12:30 and she informed me the cleaners that were scheduled to come to my home were in an accident and she just found out. She was going to reschedule and let me know. I call back on Tuesday and she said she was trying to get somebody to come out that day. At 3:30 she said her and another cleaner were at my house and would clean for 3 /12 hours which would be the same as 7 hours of cleaning. When I arrived home at 7 there was one cleaner starting on my kitchen. The only think that had been touched was my master bathroom and bedroom. I asked why he had not touched the rest of the home and he said the bathroom took a long time because the shower had lots of mold and mildew. There was mildew but not enough to warrant 3 hours with 2 people working. I explained that I wish they would have called if that was the case because I would have told them to skip it and finish the rest of the house. The one man stayed until 8:30 which was very inconvenient because I have children that need to get ready for bed. I asked to speak to the owner when she came to pick him up. I explained that I was expecting my entire house to be cleaned in 7 hours not 2 1/2 rooms. She told me that my shower took a very long time. I said that I assumed she was taking a loss because it was a voucher and she said it was. I had recommended her to friends and family. She suggested that I sign up for regular cleanings. I asked why I would do that when I already had a no show/no call and this experience. She did not provide any other remedies for my concerns. NO customer service and very bad experience overall. She was very rude and did not even take off her sunglasses when she spoke to me.
