They were prompt on appointments, carpet order came in without any problems and the install crew did a great job. This is the best experience I've had with a carpet installation. Description of Work: They put prefinished solid hardwoods in our bedrooms. There was an issue with the direction of he sub-floor, but they were lovely and accommodating. They came back to fix something in a corner in a timely manner. A lovely experience.

Description of Work: We are very happy with them. We haven't installed the floors yet; we are doing that ourselves. Mike, the owner of the store is great. We really, really like him. He was really helpful. We went back and forth with what we wanted and he helped us pick out the right product.
