I do not know where all these 5 star reviews came from. Terrible company with dirty methods of taking money from elderly people who are living on a social security check. Stay away from them. Find somebody who is honest and doesn’t tell you they are giving you top of the line equipment, only to find out it’s mediocre at best.

Charged $438 for 15 min small pipe repair. No response to my complaint of excessive pricing.

Blower motor was not operating and making a thumping noise. Without even hooking up any diagnostic tools the diagnosis was a bad module. No test of the module or motor. Hmm funny how no error codes were triggered by the unit. Every issue with the Bryant unit has always accompanied an error code but strangely not this time. Insane estimate for a new blower module $1300. Asked if I could return the blower module if it didn't clear the issue. Answer... No. This is clearly a case of offering a crazy estimate for a fix to an older model to get me to purchase a new unit. Again, no error codes from the unit. No diagnostic tools were used. He was going on experience with no guarantee. Technician could not answer why no codes were triggered. So $80 for a guy to go to my attic, take pics of the model # and tell me I need a $1300 part because that's what he feels is wrong. If you're going to use this outfit, get a second opinion if you're given an insane estimate like I did.

It went well, they were awesome. I've been using them since 1997. They were very professional, knowledgeable, they were very responsive, they teach you about your unit. They are very personable as well, they are a very good problem solvers.

Ragsdale services our HVAC system since 2008. Their excellent service record gave us the incentive to include them in a bid with 4 participants. Despite negotiating during a heat wave, Ragsdale's Chris Boyd came through with a winning efficient 2-stage system proposal in one week. I hired the wrong person initially to replace my polybutylene pipe. After over 2.5 months of continuing leaks I decided to have the work replaced. Glen from Ragsdale came over to give an estimate. He fixed where water was coming into the family room from the upstairs bathroom. He inspected the rest of the work done. The estimate from Ragsdale was significantly less than the other estimates I got including the repair he did that day. Glen and his assistant came and did the job in 8 hours. They were polite and professional . I wish I had hired them from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of money, anxiety and damage to my home. I will call them for future plumbing needs.

From the initial estimate through completion of the install, everything was handled with complete professionalism. The quality of the work is top notch, & I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to all my inquiries.

Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again.

I selected having my new HVAC (heatpump) system installed by Ragsdale based on the qualified sales consultation, the use of Carrier products made in the USA, and Ragsdale being a local certified family run business. My new unit was installed this morning by two technicians who worked efficiently and who kept me in the loop about the new equipment, thermostat, warranty, and FAQs. They were polite, neat & tidy. Well recommended.

Overall, he was a great service technician and I think the company is great. If it were up to me, I would definitely hire them to replace the unit and would recommend them.

They are very good. I use them all the time. I have an annual plan. I have been using them since they put the unit in.

It was a Sunday and we had a water leak.

We have a contract with them. We've had them for years. They're super professional. A couple of times in a row we will get the same person, and you get to know them a little better. The last couple of times we've had someone different, but it was super nice. It seems like their training is focused on customer service.

Great! they arrived on time and were efficient. We would definitely call them again if we needed any heating or air work done.

Both inspections were very thorough, professional, and the technicians were very informative. The only issue arose when came to billing with plumbing. Though I had thoroughly explained what I needed and wanted with the office staff, and was quoted a $79 fee I was presented with a $439 bill. When I contested this amount the tech showed me the amount listed on the card they are given for pricing. He then called his supervisor who agreed to the $79 fee. Positive in the end on that one. During the plumbing inspection the tech found an issue with one of the toilets. I inquired about the price for them to install. I was quoted $849. Needless to say, even though this included the supplies, I did not choose to use Ragsdale for this need. Finally, at least one of the staff in the office was neither interested or seemed to care that Ragsdale was listed with bad information on their listing on Angie's list. Nor did she seem interested in answering questions I had about services. If it were not for a subsequent call to Ragsdale and another office staff person I would not have found the awesome techs of Ragsdale. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between office staff and the techs in the field.

They are one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with.

I use Ragsdale Heating, Air & Pluming. They were here probably about 3 months ago in January of 2017. I have an annual contract on my two a/c units which is $249 a year. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with.

They did just a terrific job. They are an amazing company.

We're on their maintenance plan. We will continue using them. They are always prompt and they fix everything. They come when we have trouble. They maintain everything.

Amazing!! They found things wrong with our original install....like a return that was just sitting open in the attic sucking in hot installation air. They could have just left it and never said anything...but they didn't. They fixed it...and no extra charge. That's impressive. They also replaced duct work that was too small with larger (which the salesman recommended). The two installers showed up on time, were extremely professional and gave me updates along the way. After the install, the salesman (who was great) called to see if everything was OK. Then a week later they sent out a Quality Control person to check over the entire install. I'm sure that causes the install people to do a good job. You know.....AC units are very expensive, but it's nice when you get a great company and people that care about installing it right. I know that if I have anything go wrong, they would be right out and fix it.

Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-

Zach came out promptly and was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He replaced the flux capacitor and added 2 pounds of coolant, (originally he thought it would need 3, but it didn't). He was honest and explained what he was doing and gave me several options. Very happy with the service.
