They were very polite and well-versed. They were no nonsense and gave us several quotes and allowed us to choose which system we thought was best for our home. I also bought a preventative maintenance contract with them and have referred them to friends as well.

The entire experience from start to finish was effortless on my part. Jason came out and measured for and designed the new zoning system. We then scheduled the installation. Brent and Brad arrived on time on installation day and installed the zoning system. They seemed to never slow down as they completed the 6-hour job. Upon completion they walked me through how the system worked and took the time to answer any questions I had. They even cleaned up after themselves and removed all the debris/trash created during the work. I was so impressed I signed up for their annual maintenance plan afterwards.

I have a warranty with them and they come out twice a year and maintained both my furnace and ac. I will continue to use them.

They did great work! They had a good attitude and really took care of us.

They were very efficient. While I first called them up, we set an appointment and before their technician came out, they called to make sure that it was convenient for me, and if he was running a little bit late, the office would call me and tell me that as well. They were very accommodating, very professional and very honest. I had them inspect a house before I found this one that I was considering on buying, and they were very honest about what was right and what was wrong with the air conditioning and heating system there, so I trust them. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It went fine. They came when they said they would, got the heater installed, cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job.

Absolutely the best experience ever with a service company any type. Shawn Morris assisted us with every aspect of selection and our decision on replacement of our upstairs Trane system. I put him through the ringer with a multitude of questions and system configurations to quote. Shawn was courteous and timely in each and every response. Installation by Rodney English and Lee Henderson was very timely and professional as well. No doubt that when our downstairs system is in need of replacement we will be turning one again to Ragsdale Heating and Air.

Mike came out today and had to figure out why our AC(which is about 30yrs old) wasn't working....turns out when we had the thermostat installed (by someone else!) they snapped a wire, so he was able to fix it in no time and then tackle out furnace which needed a couple new parts. Now for the first time we have two working AC units and 2 working furnaces!!! I had them install a whole new system in my rental property a few years ago, and they recently had to do some AC work on that house as well---they are very dependable, polite, and have great prices.....they are the only hvac I will use for all of our properties. I have a contract with them. They come out in the spring, summer, and winter. I like that they are local. They are in my hometown. I think they really specialize in heating and air-conditioning and know their business very well. Their professionalism and punctuality are excellent. They come out when they say they would. I really like the quality of their work. They are due to come out again next week.

They are very honest and have a good reputation amongst others that use them as well. They don't try to sell you something or repair something that you don't need done.

The plumbers from Mello Plumbing Inc. Company came out and took a look at the situation. Their assessment was some what accurate; however it was not the best resolution to the problem. The solution that they offered was going to benefit them tremendously financially, however it wasn't the best way to solve the problem for us. They have their reasons for suggesting what they chose as a solution but we knew that there was a cheaper and better way to do it. We already knew that; we were just testing them. I'm not impressed with them. I feel like we were being taken advantage of because they assumed that we knew nothing about the work. I think that was part of the problem. The real solution to the problem was simple but they wanted to replace the whole system so that they could profit on it. They did respond to my request and sent someone out to take a look at the problem. That was a good thing. However, they were not interested in providing a cost effective solution. I would not consider using them in the future.

They showed up on time and finished ahead of time. And they even added a send that evidently wasn't even hooked up to the second floor (separate unit) that I didn't know about. And the price was still the same as was quoted prior to the work being done. The main goal of having the work was to reduce the noise of the basement unit and to balance out the returns. This was all achieved at a very affordable price (much better than 2 other quotes I had done). They were so good I wish the did plumbing too. I ended up having them take over my HVAC maintainance at work as well now.

The service was very good. They did a good job. The price was very, very affordable. It was hands down in comparison to other competitors. They were very service friendly and they had multiple guys come out and it was really quickly done. We were real happy with their service. The only thing we didn't like was that we wanted to have a tankless water heater installed in our house and they don't do that kind of work. They said they had to have special training. My problem is that I still can't get enough hot water in our house to meet all our shower needs. I still kind of want to go that route. They are pricey. We thought the work they did would correct our problem and we can tell a difference but it still isn't heating the water up like we had hoped it would. We understood that the water has to heat up and no matter what we do it won't solve the problem. My experience went them was excellent. They were older guys that came out and they have been doing it for 30 years. We haven’t had any problems with the leak they fixed.

The serviceman, Russ, came out to service our heating system as we had a contract to have routine maintenance done (bought in the spring). I was little late getting home as he arrived at 2:00 for the 2-4:00 window. The office called me and I told them I was almost home and she said he could so some checking outside until I got there...no problem. When I arrived home, he was very irate because he had to wait and he said that he didn't need to do anything outside. He didn't speak to me most of the visit and didn't explain what he did or the condition of our system. Russ had also serviced our ac units the previous May when he seemed more interested in selling me a service contract than addressing our ac issues. My husband and I had developed some health problems over the past year, so in January, I had a mold and toxins expert come to inspect. He found mold growing on the outside case of our ac unit in the attic. When they opened it up, the coil was corroded to the point that it was leaking freon and very rusted and moldy. I feel like that should have been caught when we had our units serviced. We had to pay another company $523 to reservice our units and to get rid of the mold in the duct system and clean the coil. I did contact Ragsdale to let them know and they refunded half the cost of the contract ($148) and were very apologetic. They had also serviced our units for the past two years, so I feel like the health problems that I had and are now going away, could have been avoided had the mold issue been seen when they were in the attic servicing the unit. We had out of pocket medical expenses of over $5000 last year.

My experience with them has been positive. My only complaint with them is that they take a few days after I call them to come and do the job. Generally, they have been very responsive. They do a good job. Their price is the same as anybody else in the area.

I always have a good experience with them. They come out and do what they say they are going to do and you always get from them what you expect.

I have fantastic things to say about Mello Plumbing. He had just had knee surgery so he couldn’t do it but he found someone he had worked with in the past. The man came on a Sunday afternoon and fixed everything so we could have water. I was completely floored about the price. The valve that controls water pressure between the road and my house broke so it was draining large amounts of water. He came out and fixed it and he didn’t gouge me at all. It was fair and reasonable, he was prompt and professional, and I can’t say enough good about him. I was really at the mercy of whoever I called up because that wasn’t something I could have done myself. I feel like I got a good one. He knew he had me over a barrel and he treated me the same way he would have if it wasn’t an emergency. I was not expecting the sort of treatment I received.

We thought it was repaired until today when we realized that they did a horrendous job! Could not tell originally since everything they did was covered up behind faucet backplates, etc. We now have an even worse problem than we had to begin with because their coverup and sloppy work has made the problem even worse, including additional damage to the plumbing, tile, and wallboard below.

The price included an emergency fee (it was over Memorial Day weekend). I have used them several times, they are an awesome company. They give you a very thorough estimate so you know what you're getting. The chance that your actual price is not going to be the same as your estimated price is not good. They are really good at doing their estimates. They are, however, not the cheapest place and I think the technician was a little later than he meant to be.

GREAT! We have had a maintenance contract with Ragsdale since 2001, when they installed our new furnace and air conditioner. They do excellent, professional work. They are reliable, and come on schedule and on time. If they are to be delayed even a few minutes, they call! They also call to remind us that it's time for semi-annual inspections. I cannot praise this company high enough!

There were 2 guys from Mello plumbing in Dallas, Ga. that showed up at my house to replace the 2 bathtub drains and fix the leak under the sink in the master bath. They were friendly, fast, efficient, and very professional. I thought that the entire job would probably last about 1- 1 1/2 hours and probably cost about $200. These guys were so efficient, they were in and out in about 20-25 min. and the total cost was only $95. I will definitely use them again in the future, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. He was great. He came with other people that I think were trainees. I liked him because he was clean and polite and didn't charge me an outrageous amount of money. He also gave me an estimate to work on my basement, and as far as I have researched the one he gave me is awesome.

They are reliable and I am pleased with them. They are available when I call and if something goes wrong they also come and fix that as well. They call and remind us ahead of time of the appointment and they are always on time. They are reasonable in the pricing and they do a good job maintaining the unit. They are very thorough in their statements and explain everything they done.
