Description of Work: I had to have both 200 amp service panels repalced, inculding new breakers and a new water heater hooked up as well , They did a great job getting it done, very pleased with their work and I would recommend using them First before anyone else.

Description of Work: Repaired a pin-hole leak in the liquid line, a result of cheap copper used in manufacture. |Air conditioner never worked this good, even when it was first installed!

Description of Work: We had Ragsdale replace our entire HVAC system - 2 units of AC and 2 furnaces. They were friendly and professional and did a great job. We had 4 separate companies come out and give us sales pitches and estimates, but we liked the people from Ragsdale the best and chose to hire them. We are pleased with the work they performed and will use them again for our yearly maintenance.

Description of Work: Installed new filters, ducting and balanced airflow. I had a 12 degree differential between the master and the study. Now it is no more than 1 to 2 degrees difference throughout the house.

Description of Work: new a/c and furnace, added additional returns, re insulated all ducts, hung all ducts up off crawlspace floor, updated hvac electrical--- worked extremely hard in an old house that had nothing but obstacles for them, great service!

Description of Work: Called them to service AC unit that was not working properly. They responded quickly to my request for service & identified the problem and resolved it (low refrigerant). Quite satisfied with the service. I also obtained a quote for replacing the A/C unit but decided on another supplier based upon a more competitive price. -- That is the only raeson I would not use them again - I have a maintenance contract with the installer of the new unit.

Description of Work: moved thermostat from hallway to my son's bedroom in effort to regulate heat/air from the previous extremes. not terribly sure that this solution was really the answer but the fluctuations in temperature have been marginally better

Description of Work: The provider Michael replaced the inducer motor. He explained to me the reason for a rusting flue pipe and exhaust coming from the water heater and furnace. He went to the roof and saw that the roofers pushed the cap down flush with the double wall pipe. He explained as worked and took his time making sure my family was safe. Description of Work: Ragsdale has been our preventive maintenance source for our HVAC system for several years now and has always done an excellent job. We called on them for a recent emergency repair to a broken water line under the slab of our home. They were spot on with their response and repair. For the amount of labor required to make this repair I thought they were fairly priced. Ragsdale has a great track record with us and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The technician were a little surprise that my problem is considered minor, however, it was very important to me to know if I had a bigger problem. To have it checked out is very important since I had the house for sale. Checkout paint peeling on the wall next to light fixture to see if there were a water problem.
