Mellow was subbed out by my general contractor so I can not comment on what they may or may not charge. They are a great company. Everything has worked like a charm as far as my plumbing is concerned. I would be inclined to only say good things about this company.

This job cost me a few thousand dollars, but, it was something to be expected. My builder recommended this guy and I trust his word. He did do a great job as I had expected him to. I was not disappointed for one second. Everything is fine and I am not complaining of a single thing. The man was nice and so was his partner. Everything is in working order. I have no leaks and nothing has yet to be replaced.

The serviceman immediately knew what was wrong and replaced the pump for us. He was very efficient in his work. I was so pleased when he wasted no time and answered our questions. The work was done under a warrantee because our house was just built. There was no cost to us.

We are not sure exactly what the price for their services was. We had the new home built for us. They price for their services was paid all in one bill to the main contractor. They actual people we met and dealt with from this company were very polite. We were treated with a lot of respect. We were made to feel that they really cared about doing the best job that they could do. We have had no problems with any of the work they did.

The service was covered under warranty since they originally did all the plumbing work in our home. They were very willing to come here to get the problem resolved. They took the time to check the basement also instead of just fixing the obvious problem. Their service was above average.

I would have to say that Riland Builders subcontracted the plumbing work in my home to a good company. I felt that despite the fact that my second floor washer needed to be repaired, they were very responsible about coming immediately to fix the problem for me. They unfortunately cracked a pan that sits under my washer to collect water, but other than that, I have no complaints with this company. I think that their services are above average and they obviously will rectify any problem and take responsibility for any work that is not done completely correctly or that has any issues at a later point in time from when they originally do work for you. I really can not comment on pricing extensively, because I believe their pay was given to them from Riland out of the money we paid to them for constructing the home.

The plumbing is just absolutely fine. I have no complaints at all. It took me a minute to realize who this company was, but now I remember how nice and very polite they were. They treated me with lots of respect. They were very helpful when I was clueless to what was going on. They took time out to explain things to me and everything. The plumbing was included with the building of my home. I wish not discuss that information with you at this time.

We called Mello Plumbing to come out to see what the problem was. They came out the same day, only a couple of hours after we called. They were fast, courteous and efficient. They fixed the problem in a matter of seconds, with no cost to us. WOW! WHAT GREAT SERVICE!
