+ -1 moreI requested a Goodman and, optionally, TRANE A/C & gas furnace installation quote. An appointment was scheduled. I e-mailed a detailed questionnaire and price request to the salesman. On appointment day Pro Air Tech cancelled, citing helping a customer to receive correct equipment after receiving the wrong equipment. Sounded like good customer service, initially. We agreed to a late afternoon estimate when the salesman returned home to Marietta, our mutual home. He never came. No contact was made to reschedule.
