Very professional, quality work for proper value. Mr. Penney did our bathroom shower grouting and repaired our sheet rock where the plumber chased a leak from our shower to the finished basement. They were complete in theyâ re investigating of the problem and told us up front what it would take and what they could do it for. Weâ re completely happy with the work and the amount of time it took. Iâ ll be using them again in the near future.

I have to pray every time I call someone to give me a fair estimate and that estimate should reflect their quality of work. I'm a perfectionist, so I want everything right. What I liked about Mr. Penney is that we went through my house and I communicated to him what I wanted and he in turn communicated with me his suggestions and wrote down his fee and shared this with me spot on. I did not have to wait on a quote or for him to get back with me to see how much it would take to get the job done. He's easy to talk too, reminds you of family. Would use him again in a heartbeat. By the way my house looks brand new. I'm sure I will over my asking price because of his work. Great investment!

The repair job was an emergency and it was the Labor Day weekend. They came to assess the damage and came the following day, did the job, cleaned up behind themselves and left. The job was done well and I was satisfied. They men were pleasant. Good experience.

My Penny is unreliable. He called me on a Wednesday and told me he hoped to be at my home in the pm and if not then on Thursday for sure. At 2:45pm on Thursday he called me and said he had gotten held up. When I expressed my displeasure he said he could come then but because he had estimated It would take 6 hrs to complete the job I said no. He promised to come on Friday. At 3:00 on Friday I called him and was given the same story as the day before. He again offered to come then and when I mentioned the 6 hour estimate for completion of the job he again said he would work until the job was finished which would put him working in the dark. He then indicated that he had given me a good price and I should just wait on him to show up. This contract was signed on the 29th of August. At that time he said he would do the job at the end of next week. My last contact with him was September 4th. In my opinion he took advantage of a female senior.

Hired Kevin to move and replace my mailbox. Kevin was here same day i called with an estimate and he was hired and did a great job fully recommend him.

I think the price was a but out of my budget but I would consider them for some other jobs if I needed to.

I had Kevin do some siding repair on my chimney and some soffit repair. He showed up as scheduled and did good work. I had to call him to do a small follow up repair and he got back with me promptly. I will probably use him again later in the year for another job.

I like Kevin as he was always in touch with me. Never left me wondering when and where he was during the project. He seems down to earth. Bottom line is I would hire him again.

The gentleman who repaired the deck was very nice, let my son help and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend this company!
