+ -1 moreSTEPHEN WAS ONE OF TWO LOCKSMITHS I CONTACTED OVER THE WEEKEND TO CHANGE THE LOCKS ON MY HOUSE. IT WAS A SITUATION IN WHICH I FELT EXTREMELY UNSAFE, AND WHILE I WAS HOPING TO GET SOMEONE OUT ON THE WEEKEND, THE FACT THAT HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE ON A SUNDAY, TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE WORK I NEEDED AND THEN RESCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY BOOKED FOR THE FOLLOWING MORNING SO THAT HE COULD TAKE CARE OF ME FIRST THING SAID LOADS ABOUT HIS SERVICE. THE OTHER LOCKSMITH - WHOSE NAME I GOT FROM ANGIE'S LIST AND WHO I WILL BE REPORTING ON - NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK. STEPHEN WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND QUICK. IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN AN HOUR TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE LOCKS. HE ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR TWO PROBLEMS FROM A PREVIOUS INSTALLATION, SOMETHING I HADN'T EVEN ASKED HIM TO DO. I HAD SEVERAL CONCERNS RELATED TO THE LOCKS AND SECURITY AND HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I POSED, PROVIDED ADDITIONAL ADVICE ON PROTECTING MY HOME, AND WAS HONEST ABOUT WHAT I DID AND DIDN'T NEED TO SPEND MONEY ON.
Description of Work: REKEYED FIVE DOORKNOBS, FOUR DOUBLE-CYLINDER DEADBOLTS, AND ONE SINGLE-CYLINDER DEADBOLT. LUBRICATED ALL LOCKS.
