+ -1 moreMr Moncrief called ahead to advise he was on his way over and arrived when promised twice. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement igniter, and returned to install same. He has a very pleasant demeanor and we will contact him for our next appliance repair.
Description of Work: Large burner on Kitchen Aid 3.8 cu ft Architect Series II stove failed to lite, so we called Deep South Appliance service.

Description of Work: I have used Deep South Appliance Service multiple times as appliances have needed repairs. I have had them work on my refrigerator and freezer, microwave and dishwasher and they also install and replaced the double oven and microwave.
