Excellent cleaning/staining/sealing of my deck. Exceeded my expectations. He cleaned my outdoor metal furniture, too, even though it was not included in the package price. Was great with follow-up and care.

Everything was fine, there were a few things that came up but when we addressed them he followed up right away. He left everything neat and clean and was put away. He's a very nice guy.

I contacted several companies through Angie's List and one through a local referral. Deck Domain was the only one who replied to my inquiry promptly. I received an in person estimate quickly and he won my business due to his responsiveness and listening to what I wanted. I finally did get a second estimate from the local referral and they were nowhere close to Deck Domain's price. The work was top notch and done quickly and on time. I couldn't ask for anything more and would happily use them again. A+ all the way around.

There was some miscommunication in the beginning about when the work would be done. However, once the work was started things went smoothly. Mildew was removed and all nail heads were hammered back in place prior to staining. Although I was warned to remove everything from deck, a bird feeder that was hanging about 10 inches from deck was sprayed with brown stain. We were very satisfied with the work that was done. We thought the price was very reasonable and we are looking forward to using this service again.

Have used Severin Assamoi of Deck Domain for several years to refresh our decks. This year we also asked him to do interior (unfinished wood) of our screened porch. He did a beautiful job cleaning off the mildew and reapplying stain. However, it took two weeks for the floor of the stained porch to dry. We did have high humidity during that time and rain a couple of days, and the flooring area is always shaded. The porch is roofed/screened and a ceiling fan was running constantly. I don't know if the wood was oversaturated with the preservative/stain product, or if it was due to the weather that it took so long to dry. We had to have the porch furniture sitting in our carport for two weeks which was inconvenient. However, the final product looks like something out of a magazine. We'd definitely use him again.

It was a two-day job, and the work was done without any inconvenience to us. Our deck looks beautiful now. Severin was professional, punctual and very thorough. It was a pleasure to work with him and we'll definitely recommend him as well as hire him again for our future deck needs.

This was originally an Angie's "big deal" purchase, back in February, but it was too cold for the oil to be applied to the hardwood. Then the pollen came, and then the rain... so it took a while to get scheduled and then get work done, but ultimately Severin did an excellent, thorough job, power-washing the back of the house, too, where mildew often forms on the hardiplank.

I called and we set a date. He came out and did the job perfectly! Excellent job!!!

He came out and stained my deck. I supplied the stain and he did a fine job doing the service. This was a two step processes. He came out one day to clean the deck and then the next day came back to stain it.

This guy is great. I picked him because of the great reviews here and he lived up to everything. His price was fair and he was very careful while staining and showed how much he cared about leaving a great product behind. We could not be happier and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Assamoi did an excellent job. He thoroughly cleaned our deck and removed the old stain, that was already peeling off. He applied an oil based stain that shows the wood texture better than the previous stain we had. He did this job within the price and timeframe that he originally gave us and the price was reasonable. He also took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and even why he used the particular stain he used. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Purchased services via Angies List Big Deal in January. Wanted to have the deck ready for the summer, so I called in Mar to have an estimate done. He showed up first week of Apr and we agreed on what was to be accomplished. Due to pollen season, we agreed to have the work deferred to the end of April. He has not called or emailed me since. I called him two weeks ago and told him that if the work was not accomplished by the first week in Jun, I would be asking for a refund of the costs I have already paid. I have not received a response.

He did a really good job. The paint matched exactly. Everything looked clean and fresh. I felt the price was reasonable for the quality of the work that he did. I would use this supplier again.

A date for the service was never established, despite several call from me. The person I talked to at Deck Domain was always polite and seemed to be trying to be helpful, but the work never got done.

Great! Looks like brand new! Was right on time and even cleaned deck work area after the staining.

I called Severin in March to give me a quote for refinishing my 20+ year old deck. He promptly came by the next day to provide me with that. I had only gotten one previous quote from another company and Severin's was so reasonable that I decided there was no need to look any further. I scheduled an appointment with him to do the work when the weather and pollen got better. That appointment was for April 20th (~ 1 month later). Severin called me a couple of days before my appointment to let me know that he would be coming to pressure wash the deck. On April 20th he did the pressure washing and all I could say was "WOW". He brought new life to my old deck and there wasn't even any stain on it yet. Then a couple of days later he completed the job by applying an oil-based stain. Severin did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend using his service.

Purchased a Big Deal for deck restoration from provider. Made many attempts to get the service scheduled but they did not return phone call. Finally was able to get the phone answered and scheduled a time. Deck Domain did not show up. Requested a refund from Angie's List Big Deal (should be called no deal).

Very happy with the service Severin delivered. He called in advance to set up appointment times, he arrived within a reasonable time of appt, he did an excellent job powerwashing my deck that was in dire need. He returned to stain deck, and did a very good job, with a few minor issues once it was dry. He followed up with a phone call following the service and I reported the minor issue to him, he returned and the finished product is very pleasing. Overall, he deserves his A rating. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends. He is conscientious about his work and it shows.

They told me they would let me know when they were coming. The contact person spoke such poor English I could not understand him. I asked for and got a refund.

It looks like he didn't finish the job, maybe because it was rainy at that time. It doesn't look like it was sealed. He's a very personable person and very nice. He came out but other than that, I'm not happy with it and I don't know but I can't tell the difference when I left it looked the same when I got back.

I bought an Angie's List deal for Deck Domain's services and Severine called immediately to schedule a time to come out and give me an estimate. I told him I was interested in having the deck work done in March. He followed up, came out to pressure wash the deck, which is what I asked him to do, an he cleaned the furniture also. Everything looked great. He called and scheduled to come back out and apply the stain and coating two days later, ahead of schedule. Very pleasant to do business with.

So far it's been going really well, he came today and I think he is coming back again on Monday. Everything that was done today was excellent, I just went out and checked on everything and it looks very professionally done. It was just one man and he was very professional. We could tell that he knew a lot about decks even outside of the scope of his job. He could discuss what was going on with our deck really well. We paid whatever the deal was. I don't know if there was any extra added on. I think that may be why he is coming back on Monday.
