They did a good job cleaning out the dryer vent and the inspection for our gas fireplace found that it was in good condition. Unfortunately our outside chimney cap was in bad condition. They took pictures and showed us that it was in bad shape and rusted out. We approved a replacement. They will be out on Friday 12/9 to complete the job.

The men who came out were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned and inspected my wood burning fireplace for a very reasonable price. They even completed a minor repair for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will use them again when I need any kind of work done on my fireplace.

Customer service came up just a little short. The repair mam came out and cleaned mt dryer vent and looked at the brick work around my fireplace. Took some photos of it, talked with his boss and said they would call me back with a quote but never called.
