Easy to schedule. They cleaned my stove pipe and was able to determine I need to replace it, I thought so because of a fire in the bend, but they confirmed it. They’ll be out soon to replace and make my cast iron stove as safe as possible for me. Will use them again next year!

Brannon, the young man who serviced our prefab fireplace, did a great job in explaining how to properly operate our fireplace. We live in a condo and neighbors were complaining about a gas smell coming from our unit. Brannon did a great job of explaining why this was happening. I did, however, feel that $189 was a bit expensive for this service.

Techs were very knowledgeable. They explained in detai about the safety of having my chimney cleaned and inspected. They never tried to up Sale at any time. They made a suggestion that I may want to consider in the future . They did a great just job cleaning.. I would hire again!!! GREAT JOB!
