Excellent experience. Part was purchased, repaired and working correctly, all with in about 2 hours. I called one day and they arrived the next and took care of the problem.

From the initial estimate to the final patch and repaint, my experience with the Atlantis crew was excellent. The team members work extremely well together, are great troubleshooters and delivered what was promised. Jackie and Barry arrived when promised, quickly assessed the situation and developed an action plan. They arrived on time each day, worked around my call schedule (I work from home) and left the house clean each day. The only real glitch was having to route a new main line which was unplanned and not on the original quote. The Atlantis team brought in more bodies and equipment and quickly devised a solution that was acceptable. The additional charge was very reasonable considering I really had no choice. Once the re-pipe and insulation work was completed, JC showed up and did a heck-of-a job patching the drywall and some especially tricky tile work. I cannot say enough about this crew. I hope I never need to have a major plumbing re-do again, but if I do, I'm calling Atlantis.

I needed to replace all my copper water supply piping in my home due to escalating pin hole leaks. I researched and got four quotes of variously “rated” plumbers. Quotes all fell within +/- $1,200 of one another. Of the four, I felt most confident in two, one I’ve used in the past, and Atlantis. The other two were less than impressive during the quoting process, while the two finalists were very professional, thorough in the quoting process, used shoe covers when entering my home, etc. I chose Atlantis because they were able to begin work a week earlier than the plumber I’ve previously used. They also had a painter that they work with and ensured he could come in immediately after them to patch and paint to finalize the job. The quotes between the two finalists were within $100 of one another and wasn’t really a factor. I called Atlantis on a Friday to schedule work (the Friday of Memorial Day weekend). I was contacted by about an hour later by the crew lead (Jackie) asking if we would be around and willing to meet with him on Monday (Memorial Day) so he could walk through and finalize a parts list. This would allow him to begin work first thing Tuesday morning with all the necessary supplies. We did and work began first thing Tuesday am with a two man crew (Jackie & Barry). About two hours into the work, a third crewmember arrived (Brandon). All three returned and completed the job on Wednesday. Key impressions throughout the job; • Jackie was extremely dependable. He provided arrival times and hit all of them each trip. He would call 10-15 minutes prior to arriving to give us a heads up. • The entire crew was professional, friendly and extremely competent and accommodating. They would let me know in advance every time water needed to be shut off so we could use any water needed beforehand. They also ensured that we had water to some area of the house before leaving. When they left for the evening on Tuesday, we had water to all fixtures. • They EXCELLED at minimizing mess and post work cleanup. They used drop cloths throughout during the cutting process and everything was returned exactly how it was when they finished. They really placed a premium at not putting us out in any way. When Atlantis finished their work, they coordinated the wall/ceiling repair and painting with JC. JC works exclusively with Atlantis, so his follow-up behind them is very quick and you’re not left with holes in your walls and ceiling for days/weeks after the plumbing work is complete. The other quotes we received either did not include any repair or there would be a scheduling delay for the painter (although all quotes with patching/painting did quote it separate from the plumbing work so I could compare pricing). JC contacted me and arrived on Friday morning to perform all the patching and mudding. JC was also extremely professional and did an outstanding job. He’s a retired veteran and gave that military attention to detail to all of his work. He was equally focused on minimizing his mess, especially during the sanding process. He completed all the wall repairs and mudding on Friday and returned on Sunday (wanted to give 48 hours to allow all the patching to fully cure). He spent the day Sunday completing all the sanding and painting. He did an outstanding job blending and matching paint and it’s all but impossible to find where any holes from the pipe replacement. We’ve had interior painting done several times over the years we’ve lived here and we’ve never had a crew leave the place as clean as. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and value of Atlantis and JC. They are everything you could possibly hope for from a contractor. If you get Jackie, Barry or Brandon from Atlantis, then you’ll definitely be taken good care of. If you choose to have JC do the patching and painting, rest assured that he’ll minimize the drywall dust and do an excellent job of hiding any cutting that was done. The "cost of service" I posted included plumbing and drywall/paint. Plumbing was $6,800 and drywall/paint was $1,200.

I've hired Atlantis Plumbing before (for a leak in same main water line, different location ... water line is original to the house, 2004). Same plumber, Bryan, came out to the house, which I was happy about because it was his excellent work last time that made me want to hire Atlantis Plumbing again. Called Sunday night, Bryan was at the house by 10am the next morning. Sunday I had tried to temporarily fix the leak in the main water line (not far from the city water meter) and ended up causing more problems; I broke the rigid PVC irrigation line -- sitting right on top of the main water line -- just where it branched off the main. So now I had two leaks, and no water to the house (dumb homeowner :) Monday morning, Bryan dug a longer trench, which revealed the absolute mess of fittings, elbows, and bends the builder had installed in these two lines (water main and irrigation), and recommended replacing everything from the water meter to just past the leak in the water main (roughly five feet in total), which would also involve replacing the T fitting that I had cracked where the irrigation line branches off of the main water line. Just like last time, Bryan's work was excellent. New pipes with nice brass fittings, new easier to use metal (instead of plastic) shut-off valve for the irrigation line, simple no-sharp-bends water pipes with a lot fewer bends/joints/fittings (always potential failure points in any water line). He also was able to reuse a pressure reducer in the irrigation line (otherwise, a rather expensive replacement part). Bryan gave me a few tips on alternative backfill for the trench after I told him I wanted to fill it in myself (as is typical in this part of Georgia, the soil is hard clay with lots of big, sharp rocks so I wanted to cover the pipes with better, less rocky soil). Atlantis Plumbing is great. Bryan is awesome!

No one likes to call a plumber for obvious reasons, but I’m glad that I did. My plumber was Robert. He called about 30 mins out and arrived on time. I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that he was able to quickly diagnose without having to rip out my ceiling or floor. Also replaced a shower head and repaired a leaky faucet in another bathroom. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again, if needed. I got all this done without breaking the bank. I wish I could give more stars!!!!

Herman did a great job. Atlantis has an option called “pipe bursting” that is much less destructive to the yard. He also was able to create a plan that did not involve disassembling a part of our porch. He was professional and capable and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend!

they did not show up first day I called as they said they would. 2nd day they apologized and promised they will be there between 30min to an hour and no call no show all day. 3rd day I hired another company which cost me more.

Called Atlantis because we have used them in the past and they have been very professional. In this case, John Henry arrived on schedule and was able to unblock the drain (which had been dumping water on the floor of the basement) in a very reasonable time period. He was helpful and professional in answering all my questions (some of which were general plumbing questions having nothing to do with the blocked drain). I give John Henry five stars. I highly recommend Atlantis and would use them again.

they came right out, gave a fair estimate and completed the work and clean up within 4 hours- this was a HUGE job. I absolutely love this company. I used them to replace my hot water heater as well.

They were vert honest and related exactly what we needed. I can't speak to cost, but they are honest.

he diagnosed the problem correctly. However charged $85 to stick a tape on two tubes which were leaking in laundry room. Way overpriced! Not a single part was used.

When they were done the job looked professional. I didn't find any trash left behind. The dirt was compacted as good as possible. Landscaping was intact, I was highly impressed with Atlantis Plumbing. This is a great company

So honest!!! Jeff Sr. came to look at my faucet and took one second to point out that it wasn't a really a problem. Uff! He was so helpful and polite about everything. Also, on time, looked professional. Definitely using them again.

Atlantis Plumbing could not have been better. Tim called ahead, got here on time, and was extremely professional. While replacing the water line for our refrigerator, he noticed a section of the cast iron piping for our washing machine drain line was leaking/crumbling. He saved us from what could have been a disaster and was able to replace it the same day. We were very satisfied with everything and would highly recommend Atlantis.

Excellent. The call was made and scheduled the next day. However, a request was made for a picture of the tub filler and changed to the same day.. The repairman, Blake as I recall, showed up on time. Looked at the kitchen sink, and we explained the house had apparently had multiple leaks repaired under the sink. Once identified, we also would like the estimate to replace all the PVC pipes and fix the issues completely. When looking at the tub filler, we had the replacement faucet, a new pipe from the wall needed to be made. There was no copper pipe out of the wall. Blake asked many questions to understand our issues in the spare bathroom. Water getting the wall being our biggest concern. He also stated he would caulk and tighten the water faucet. Blake was gracious and respectful at all times. When determining what could be done, he very carefully questioned the costs we would want to spend. It was then determined the tub filler and he would fix the leak under the kitchen sink. The tub filler was expertly completed. It looks like it supposed too. However, the kitchen he was not legally able to touch because the leak was the pipe attached to the house. However, Blake walked my husband step by step on how to fix the leak. He had already gave us the quote to replace all the PVC pipes. Later this year, we will be calling and asking for Blake to return. One additional note, Blake was great with a very over protective Jack Russell Terrier, who protects "Mom" by barking. Made friends and kept a firm voice with him. Blake earned plenty of respect for how he handled our "Terror."

When I called to schedule an appointment, the ladies were always very nice and professional. They actually had appointments available for the very next day, but due to my schedule I pushed it out for a date that was more convenient for me. I was told that my appointment window was from 10a-12p and that someone would call when the tech was on the way. At 1:37pm, I called the office when the technician had not yet called. At this time, I was informed that my appointment window had been recorded as 3-5pm. Although this was not what I was told, I agreed to the new time. Unfortunately, I did not hear from the technician until 5:42pm and was told that he would arrive at my place in approximately 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, by that time I had to leave for another appointment. When I called the office the next day to reschedule, the rep informed me that there would now be a charge (that would be applied to my bill should I choose to proceed) because I wanted a Saturday appointment. Although I understand that things come up and jobs can take longer than anticipated, my expectation would have been that the tech call BEFORE he was nearly an hour late to advise that he could not make the scheduled appointment time and then that he would ASK if it was still okay to come. (You had to know at 4pm that you couldn't make it by 5pm. Certainly you knew by 4:30!) I had to take time from work to be home to meet them. After missing the scheduled appointment, the least they could do was reschedule for a time that was more convenient for the customer. I expected the rep on the phone to at least offer to waive the service visit fee for a Saturday appointment given that their technician missed the scheduled window.
