I had a leak at "my side" of the water main. Turned out the inferior plumber I used three years ago to replace the pipe put in a plastic valve that began leaking. This is why I only use Atlantis now, and I've used them a lot (polybutylene replumb and new bathrooms). They only use good brass fittings. I have used them many times now and highly recommend them. I will use nobody else. Bryan was the technician this time and replaced the plastic valve (after digging a ditch) in 97 degree heat. God bless Bryan and Atlantis.

Tim Robinson from Atlantis Plumbing arrived early, was very professional, polite, and highly experienced. He quickly assessed the issue and begin to fix. They were excellent in every way. They saw some other things here in the house when they were here and they fixed it free of charge. They were very professional.

I originally called Atlantis Plumbing to have a faucet replaced. Tim Robinson did an awesome job with being thorough. He found that there was an underlying issue for why the faucet was leaking in the first place. Our regulator for the water pressure was old and rusted and desperately needed to be replaced. Had he not found this, we would have had more faucet issues and would have had to spend a lot more money.

My wife and I bought a new house that had polybutylene plumbing that we wanted out. We called about 5 different plumbing outfits and Atlantis was who we ended up going with. Jackie, Barry, and Brandon came out to do the work. They protected our floors and cleaned up every day. We permitted the job and Jackie knew everything the inspector would look for and inspection passed without a hitch. Installation was very clean and professional. JC was their guy who covered the walls back up and patched the drywall, sanded, and painted. Looks great, can't even tell they were there. Would 100% recommend Atlantis. Great people to work with.

He was very thorough and knows his job well. He didn't rush, he took his time informing us about the issues we were having and what needed to be done.

Kerry and Kevin were punctual and very professional. They removed the old valve from the wall behind the shower. Their preparation and welding techniques demonstrated experience and pride in their workmanship. They also replaced our kitchen faucet with equal skill and speed. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerry and or Kevin for any plumbing project.

The overall experience with Atlantis was very good. I had a leak in the main water line to my house in the front yard. Bryan, showed up well within the targeted window. Based on the observations of two other contractors I thought leak detection equipment would be necessary to find the leak before repairing it. Bryan said he thought he could find it without that additional expense ($350-$450). It took him about 30 minutes and he located the leak. Within the next couple of hours he was able to make the repair, test the line and then back fill the hole. He did an excellent job and kept me informed through the entire process. The final cost was $575 which was slightly less than two other quotes at $598 and $600, but he saved me the leak detection cost which I would have incurred with both of the other contractors. So I saved a good bit of money. The overall experience with Atlantis was very good and I would definitely recommend them.

Had the pleasure of been educated by Tim & Brandon!! I know the difference between a part changer and a plumber!! Tim takes the time to find the reason for the reoccurring leak problem. Turns out after, 3 plumbers later…there was way too much water pressure on the house!! The prices weren’t threw the roof!! They did the job in 2 hours and left the work site clean!! I had a new regulator and expansion water tank on my water heater!! Warranty on the work and no more pop up leaks!! They even honored my Veteran Status!!! Win, Win!!!

The main waterline to my home had a significant leak needing immediate repair. Cody and Dustin from Atlantis responded quickly. They determined a joint repair would totally resolve the problem rather than a total replacement of the water line from road to house. This saved me $1500 over a total replacement and they guarantee the result. This company and these two plumbers exemplify quality, competence and customer centric approach. I highly recommend Atlantis and particularly Cody and Dustin based on their excellent performance.

Reggie Knight and Danny Oneal were very professional and knowledgeable for the repair that was needed. I highly recommend this company and especially these two plumbers. I am very happy with the job that was done and will not hesitate calling them again if needed.

Cody and Michael were prompt and did excellent work. This was a large job due to the length and height of the yard, but was completed in a few hours. Their warranty is very good and something that few plumbers we contacted could offer. Will continue to hire Atlantis Plumbing and would recommend them to others.

Lee Robinson was the person who came to resolve our issue. The company was so responsive and Lee showed up not only on time but early. He was very professional. He made the situation very calm and fixed all of our problems quickly as well as give me some great tips and recommendations! Atlantis did an awesome job. We had a massive leak on the lawn on the side of our house and didn't know why. Atlantis answered the phone when we called on a Sunday afternoon. After getting an estimate, we had someone out the next morning to do the pipe replacement. Cody and Jason arrived early, were professional and courteous, and knew what they were doing. They even took care with how they dug in our yard so it wouldn't look bad afterward (it's winter and our grass won't grow again until spring). They were so quick and thorough and kept us apprised of everything they were doing along the way. Can't say enough about their professionalism and the quality of their work. My husband reached out to Atlantis Plumbing yesterday evening about our hot water not staying hot for long. Tim Robinson showed up first thing this morning to check out the problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave us a bunch of different prices and options to choose from. It was looking like we may have needed to replace the water heater. I really like that he didn’t try to push the most expensive option on us like a lot of places try to do! Called my husband to get the okay and Tim was able to do the job today. Ended up being only something wrong with the pressure and a cross connection, so we saved money by not having to replace the water heater! We will definitely use them again and I can’t wait to take a nice hot shower first thing in the morning. 4 stars for the pleasant experience, I’ll update to 5 if everything is still working great after some time has passed.

Great Experience! Called in late after arriving home from work to find a significant leak in the crawlspace. Surprisingly they were able to get a technician dispatched out within a few hours. He thoroughly explained what was happening and what needed to be done to get this issue resolved. If only I could have such good luck with my electrician and HVAC company.

We chose this company because of the high google rating. I wouldn't believe most of the reviews after the awful experience we had, it seems most were rated highly by people who only have posted one single review, and it happens to be for this plumbing company. Use your own judgment. I've read in other reviews that technicians make 50% of what they charge for services.. this is why we and several others have been ripped off. The manager Tom is incredibly disrespectful. At one point in our phone conversation he had the audacity to claim I was having a problem with my marriage and not with this company. How is that appropriate to speak about in a business context? We had this company come out to look at our shower because it wasn't getting hot enough. The plumber came out and didn't fully explain what the issue was (an anti-scald guard was in place, which required him to unscrew the faucet, and remove a plastic ring, then re-screw the faucet back on). He was there for 15 minutes and charged us $325. We called another company to get a quote afterwards- they said they didn't even consider it a plumbing issue, more of a handyman or DIY job. Atlantis did offer to take $100 off this "service," but in no way did the service warrant that cost. When I called to explain this to Tom, he immediately talked about his own issues and costs as a company- "there's no money in your $225. Do you know how much it takes to get the truck out?" I'm fully aware that services cost money, but having paid that money (even if it's minuscule to him) I should be treated with respect. He talked over me, interrupted me, was extremely rude and in no way was the model for customer service. I'm astounded that this company is in business. I encourage you not to support them. Unless you have an expensive issue, assume you won't be treated kindly. And as far as the comments he made about my marriage- I'm incredibly insulted that he felt that was okay, and disappointed that this man who treats people like this is still employed.

Needed plumber to get new stems back into bathtub/shower. It was after 6:00 PM and my water was shut off and I could not re-install new stems. Needed someone to respond immediately so I would not have to wait to next day to turn on my water. Jeff King Sr. responded after hours and installed new valves.

Our water heater went out over the Thanksgiving holiday. We called Atlantis Plumbing, and they showed up within 2hrs. Our technician, Tim Robinson, was fantastic. They removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new one in the time frame we were given. Their customer service was great, and the overall experience was excellent.

Had an active leak from my kitchen faucet under the sink and came home to a wet kitchen floor. Atlantis's owner picked up the phone (not dispatch service or an answering customer service team) and sent Lee to my home within an hour! These plumbers wore booties into my home and were gentlemen that stopped the leak! The next day they worked with my home warranty to get a authorization for coverage and installed my new (not leaky) faucet!. They even gave me a discount when we realized the home warranty wouldn't cover 100% of the bill! I have your number saved for any additional repairs to come and highly recommend you to anyone else needing plumbing work! Thanks guys!

Cody was promt, friendly and professional. He found the problem right away. Fixed it in no time. He offed to accept check, credit or debit card. Also, he reminded me that with the invoice from his company, the water department will credit some of my bill. We will only use this company going forward. They charge nothing to give an esimate. Unfortunately for us, we paid another company 39.00 earlier that day to come out to tell us we have a leak, not even where the leak was. Thier advise was to call other company to tell us where the leak is, then call them back for them to fix it. This would have cost us $500.00 more than Atlantis and taken much longer to resolve. Before that company, we hired two guys from the Thumb Tack app. who came out to fix our bath tub facuet leak. They created a new problem, got us for 85.00. Don't waste your time with the guys who are not licensed or the companies that are way over priced. Atlantis is trustworthy and priced reasonably.
