I discovered a bad leak in my water heater. I called Atlantis and they had a tech out within a few hours. I needed a new water heater and they were able to complete the install the same day.

John Henry came out to hook up 3 fixtures for me. He was on time, professional, honest, and did a great job! It was in a tight crawl space but he still climbed in and out to do the repair. This is the guy you want doing your plumbing!

It went exceedingly well, Tim & Lee cut a small hole in ceiling, located and repaired the shower drain, with a brass fitting.

Atlantis plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. We had 2 other plumbing companies say we had to replace our main sewage line made of cast iron and replace it. After educating ourselves we found Atlantis plumbing who cleaned the main sewage line. They were prompt, courteous and educated on the use of a hydrojet to clean cast iron pipes instead of costly repair. Thank you Atlantis!

Jon Camp was extremely professional, pleasant, and did an amazing job. He went out of his way to help me also locate the water heater valves that connect to the outside hosing devices. He was polite and I would hire him again.

Tim and Lee helped us over a weekend with replacing a sump pump in our basement. They were very courteous, explained the issue. Without suggesting to replace the sump pump immediately, they looked to see if the existing sump pump can be used. Highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing

Robert Camp and Demarcus from Atlantis came out today to help me with a few issues ranging from fixing a natural gas leak to installing a bidet, and they were awesome! they were both friendly and knowledgable, and Robert was great at explaining the work they did. I had called with the intention of getting a quote for a new water heater, but they took one look at my unit and explained why I wasn't due for a replacement and showed me the indicators of a unit that's on its way out. I've used Atlantis a few times, both for myself and on behalf of my condo association, and each time my experience has been similar. these guys are great!

Woke up to a leak in our Kitchen ceiling. After one company agreed to come out then cancelled after waiting a few hours, Tim Robinson came out quoted a great price and worked diligently to fix our issues. He also taught me some info along the way. Great experience.

Ben and Jose were very professional and punctual. I was informed of the diagnosis and provided a written estimate. As with many jobs of this type, problems arose and more sewer line needed to be replaced. After the work was completed, one of the Master Plumbers at the office reviewed the photographs of work preformed and told Ben to change out an improper fitting. He could have said nothing and I would have never known. Work was completed correctly, price was fair and this customer is satisfied.

Called Atlantis and Bryan came the following day. Hi diagnosed the problem quickly. A new water line was needed. The next day Cody and Dustin arrived as scheduled. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. The veterans discount they offerd came in handy. Both Jamaka and Reggie were very professional, showed up on time as promised, took great care and diligence on the the installation and cleanup. Fished new line under driveway, eliminating the added expense of breaking up and repairing the concrete. Would definitely hire again.
