The trench had to be newly dug from the side of the house, around the front of a driveway and up a landscaped hill. Atlantis did an excellent job, leaving the area just as they had found it, with only a small dirt trench across the grassy portion to show for it. The work is guaranteed for 5 years, and the material for 25 years.

Mr. Merrick patiently and knowledgeably answered several of my questions over the phone before I decided to schedule an appointment. He quickly set to work finding the location of the blockage, which happened to be outside our home between the sewer overflow pipe and the sewer main. With the help of his partner, they rooted out the blockage in under 15 minutes. They showed me the large clump of tree roots as they pulled the pipe snake back out of the pipe. He recommended an easy and low cost way to keep the tree roots from returning in the future, which I greatly appreciated. Since the drain problem was resolved so quickly, I asked if he would mind looking into the cause of our low water pressure. He tested our pressure and adjusted the main flow valve. Like magic, we could finally use the garden hose for watering the plants! Mr. Merrick did a great job for us, although I thought the price ($365.00) was maybe a bit high for less than an hour of work.

I called the company and told them what I needed done. They quoted me the price as $155 + any necessary parts and asked if I'd like them to come out the next day. Denis came at the exact time as scheduled and had the work completed within 30 minutes. The bill was for $165 although Denis noted he didn't need any parts. I should've questioned the increase, but I didn't. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly.

Called Atlantis on Saturday morning on referral from another contractor. We had our water line break and the county turned off our water. Mike with Atlantis responded within an hour and installed a temporary supply hose from the water meter which gave us good water pressure. He quoted us a price and asked for a deposit on the temporary water line. I had a difficult time taking a day off Monday or Tuesday, so we scheduled for Wednesday AM. Mike and Tom showed up minutes after the utility locator's finished marking the grass, great timing. I requested that they damage as little grass as possible, they then cut the grass out in squares and set it to the side. They quickly trenched the line inside the grass cutouts and replaced the pipeline. They neatly cleaned up the holes and set the grass on top, the grass was not perfect but after a few rains the trench line was almost not visible. I will definitely recommend these guys and felt they did a superb job.
