They came out and did the work like they said they would. They worked with me.

They correctly diagnosed the problem as a leak/bust in our sprinkler line and repaired it quickly (within a few hours of our call, our leak was gone). (Don't forget to tell the city if you have a leak before the water enters your house so they can adjust off your sewage charges which will otherwise be very high!!!). They did leave a little dip in the lawn as a lot of our dirt went down the street with the water as they dug. However, after we pointed this out to the owner, they did come replace/level out the dirt, though I must say I gave a B for professionalism due to the owner Mike's lack of courteousness on the phone. We have used Atlantis (specifically their plumber Sy) 2 other times and have been very pleased with his work. he installed a new 50 gallon water heater in a very tight space with a 12 yr extended warranty, a kitchen faucet and repaired a burst outdoor pipe for $1505 total including the water heater of course in Nov 2010. The water heater has been fantastic so far. Also, a few months ago, we had Sy repair a dripping toilet that had leaked into the ceiling below (we had drywall done separately by mold specialists). His estimate was far below the others, and he is professional, helpful, great at answering our questions, and prompt. What more could you ask for??

It went really well. They were on time and done within an hour. The only problem was they didn’t clean up all the debris in the yard that they put out.

It went great they repaired the broken pipe and explained the damage problem.

The person, can't remember his name, was very polite, cared about my concerns about not making a mess. He explained my options and did the work without making a mess, as a matter of fact, I was surprised how neat the whole installation was. Problem solved ! no more high water bills and no more leak.

It is not pleasant having a sewer line replaced, but they did an awesome job and I would give them an A. I think that they were fair, equitable and they were being honest with my options. They had a great price if I remember correctly. I think it was about $3000 or $4000. I would use them again and recommend them to other people.

Cy was professional, kind and efficient to the task, great job! Price was a opportunity at only because of the express before you provided help.

This was a B- to C+ experience due to scheduling foul-ups and the misdiagnosed water pressure issue described above.

I had to have roots cleaned out of my drain several times over a couple of years. Atlantis Plumbing used a camera, and showed where there were holes in my dates sewer lines going to the street. I validated their observations through research of the type of material that my sewage lines were composed of, and they were at the end of their lifespan. I used their services to replace the entire line, and they installed 2 cleanouts (one by the house, and one by the street). They made quite a mess of the yard, and didn't clean it up very well afterwards, but my yard is not well-kept, and I had not asked them to. The only issue I had with them is that their truck broke down, or they had other various problems that caused them to reschedule 2-3 times on me. After seeing the work that was done, I don't feel like their price was the best i could have gotten. They also recommended I replace my water line because it was right over my sewer line. That added another $400-500 to the price, and I think they would have had to replace it anyway, and that was just a way to get a little extra money out of me. They did a good job, and I don't think they gauged me too much. I would use them again, but I would get more estimates first.

When I needed a new water heater for an unoccupied apartment, I first checked with the company that usually maintains our major appliances. They quoted me a very high price so, I decided to shop around. I called Atlantis because they're very close to my home and I'm happy that I did. Within a couple of hours, Sy (one of the Atlantis plumbers) was at my house. Sy inspected the existing installation and told me that in addition to the new heater, he'd have to do a few things to bring it up to code; the other company hadn't said anything about that. He also told me that I don't need an expansion tank (as was on the old one) because the expansion tank attached to my well pump would serve that purpose. While he was here, he unclogged a drain that was giving me problems -- free of charge! Sy would have been able to install the new heater the same day, but I needed to leave and didn't need this fixed right away. So we rescheduled for the following week. He arrived promptly and took all the time he needed to install the new heater. I'm very happy with this experience and will be calling Atlantis for all my future plumbing needs

They did some other additional work. I spent around $1000. It included the heater, labor and the extra stuff that they did as well. They were good. They were responsive and punctual. I would use them again in the future.

We use Atlantis Plumbing for all out plumbing needs. Their prices are reasonable, and they have provided a lot of work for us over the years. They are very reliable and knowledgeable. They seem very honest and reasonable.

Two guys came out for the Monday service after I called over the weekend - wasn't sure if it was an emergency or not. Great communication and worked around my schedule. After some troubleshooting, we talked through several options and settled on the work. Clean up was good and left me with a credit for future work on the line if I wanted. Would definitely use again.

All I can say is they are great. I started off with small problems, they have earned my trust and now I will only use them. Jackie is great.

Pretty well. Turned out to have a higher degree of difficulty with the boring under the driveway, so there's an extra 6ft+ trench in the lawn beside the one they did go with. But the crew stuck with it and got the job done. Final price was exactly as estimated.

If our Wall Street bankers had the same work ethic and respect for their trade that Shelby and Braxton obviously show, we would not have a weak economy. Once completed, they cleaned the area and left it better than they found it. It was my pleasure to have these professionals do work n my home.

They were very good. I was impressed with the guy who came to work. He was very knowledgeable and neat. He cleaned up after finishing and was nice.

Initially I thought all was good with the repair. I have had a back up about every 3 weeks and this has been within the 6 weeks when they initially came out. I would not recommend them and will need to find another provider to come and repair this correctly.

Installed shower part incorrectly causing water to go into ceiling and into second level. Luckily didn't cause any damage. Replaced wax ring but either broke or did not spot problem in tank assembly causing another leak which spotted the downstairs ceiling.

I needed a water heater on the weekend. I called several plumbers and Atlantis had the quickest response and a good price. I spoke with Mike Whitman on the phone and he gave me an installed price for a 50 gallon gas water heater immediately. About five hours later I had a new heater installed for the quoted price and the old unit removed. There was no attempt to sell me more than I wanted and no "extras" to the quote. I would definitely use their service again and can recommend them.

They are very easy to do business with. The entire staff is experienced and I am very confident using them. They are knowledgeable and do great work. I had a problem with the valve they installed as it began to leak almost a year later. They came right away and fixed it free no labor charge or anything. All of the work they did is covered for a year and that includes both parts and labor.

Fabulous service! Friday night making last minute preps for a party my neighbor reported a water leak. Called Atlantis out of the community pages. Responded quickly and had my water up and running within 1 hour of my initial call. Returned on Monday to replace my pipeline in the yard. Best outcome to a bad situation.
