Atlantis was very professional and knowledgable in installing and new water line to our house. They matched another bid which was less sightly less expensive (ridgeway plumbing). I choose Atlantis due to being extremely prompt in bidding out the project and due the fact that they were honest and knowledgable in recommending additional work needed to bring our house up to current code and prevent future issues (added backflow preventer, expansion tank, and replacement of a faulty PRV).

Friendly service when making the appointment. Plumber called 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to confirm arrival. He found the reason for water pipe chatter was a flooded thermal expansion tank and replaced it. They also cleared 3 bathroom drains. It was a crew of three, two worked in the house and one stayed with the van. The job was done in one hour. I would use this company again.

I had a plumbing disaster when i moved into my new home in Powder Springs, and they were middle of the road for pricing, but TOP notch when it came to customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. BUTCH was fantastic. When the Cobb county utility guy came out to spray paint where the cable/phone/ power lines etc were, he mismarked the location of the cable, and the workers from Atlantis accidentally hit the cable, knocking out my internet. I work from home, so internet is vital. Comcast couldnt come out to fix it for 5 days, and Butch from Atlantis went ahead and bought me a replacement cable and ran it to the house, even though it wasnt their fault, that way i could get my internet back up and running without any downtime. This is a GOOD company folks. they tell you like it is, no BS, and they stand behind their work!

I've had countless plumbers out to fix the basement bathroom plumbing over the past 10 years and it's been a colossal waste of time and money. Atlantis Plumbing is brilliant! I love these guys. Mike and James did their research before coming to the house and offered a completely different solution to the problem. Best news? IT WORKED! I highly recommend them.

The service and work was great! Mike and James came to the house, cut through the concrete to find the old galvanized pipe from 1954 was busted. They replaced it, sealed everything up and I've had no problems since! I'll call them again to fix the basement bathroom.

Their follow up is sometimes poor. They said they would send another person out to do the job and schedule it. I had to proactively call them and stay on top of it. When they came out they did good work and were good communicators which I appreciate.

Mike Haney was our plumber for our kitchen sink problems. Things could not have gone better! He listened to everything my wife told him. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. When my wife saw the sink he had picked out for us the next day she was unbelievably happy! It exceeded all of the parameters she had told him! The work was completed in a very timely manner. The estimate was exactly what the charges were! We are very satisfied and would call Atlantis Plumbing again. If possible we would pick Mike Haney to come out here again for our plumbing needs. Very friendly and courteous on the phone, Called to inform they were on the way. Very tidy polite and quick. Lower cost than the plumbers recommended by Home Depot where we purchased the Hot Water Heater and quicker responsiveness on the phone as well. I will use them again on future projects!

I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing. Cody and Robby came out to my home. They were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to provide same day service and the cost was very reasonable.

I got a hold of the company Sunday night - and not by voicemail - and was able to get the problem correctly diagnosed Monday morning and fixed by mid-afternoon on Tuesday. The plumbers sent to each job called ahead of arrival, and personally answered callbacks. They are friendly and professional every time. They replaced a multi-joined blue pvc pipe with a single-piece flexible pipe that worked better on my hilly, rocky, forested front yard. Great job! On finishing, the plumber also reported a possible issue (depth of the pipe at the house) but reported that testing the pressure proved it worked fine.

They did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

I used Angie's List to find a plumber since the neck of the faucet leaking really did baffle me. I made an appointment without any issues when I called for when I had some time off after the Labor Day weekend. The Appointment was for today (09/08/15), 10 AM - 12 PM today and when these folks give you a time, they are not playing, Cy was here at 10 AM on the DOT. I explained the issue that I had been seeing and advised like most things, since I had called the leaking had virtually ceased. He made a quick assessment, got a couple of tools and tightened a bolt on the sink neck. He ran the sink for a few and advised everything looked good. Cy advised that there wasn't much that he'd done and after petting my Basset Hound, Lulu he was off. I cannot tell people how good it is to hire someone that's local, friendly and above all supremely honest and responsive. I can guarantee next time I need a good plumber I will be calling Atlantis again, and if someone ask me who knows a good plumber, they will get the Atlantis number from me.

I?m very impressed with Atlantis Plumbing from talking with the office staff to getting plumbing issues resolved with our favorite plumber Cy. A few months back I talked with various plumbing companies in the hopes of finding a plumber and pluming company to take care of all of our plumbing needs. I was unhappy with a company that gave a very high quote for a toilet installation. Cy came out and quoted the job then came back to do this installation at the exact price quoted ? not a penny more! Last Wednesday I discovered water leaking through my subfloor into the garage. Cy came out to inspect, and discovered that the leak was caused by the washing machine. He suggested I call my homeowners insurance company to get assistance with getting the floors dried out. He did not charge me a dime for this visit. What I really appreciated was his suggestion to add a tray for the washing machine to sit in and install a gravity drain to prevent any similar issues in the future. Fast-forward to Monday and Cy came out on Labor Day to install a stub in for the tray & gravity drain. He will return to complete the job once the new ceramic tile flooring is installed. I?d highly recommend Cy and Atlantis Plumbing because they care about their customers, are well trained, highly professional, and are very pleasant, caring and, understanding people!

It went great. The plumber, Sy was a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the part, how it worked, was flexible on scheduling a date for replacement, and fixed the problem quickly!

I requested a free quote from Atlantis Plumbing and they promptly responded and sent out a knowledgeable, professional who provided the quote. Per the quote our plumber (Cy) picked up a toilet from Lowes and installed it. The service was on time, at exactly the price quoted (at half the cost of an overpriced competitor). All dealings with Cy were professional and courteous. I want Cy to do all of our inside plumbing work from now on. Great experience!

I wish that there was some way to give Atlantis a rating higher than "A." I have never been more pleased with the expertise and professionalism of a service provider than I am with Atlantis. My problem was a leak where the sewer line connects to the house through the foundation in the basement. The line runs beneath an elaborate concrete and brick porch and significant landscaping. Other plumbers had performed cursory reviews and provided me with estimates that would require jack hammering through the porch and destroying extensive amounts of landscaping. I contacted Atlantis because they were highly recommended on Angie's List AND their web site described special expertise in diagnosing and repairing sewer-related issues. When the Atlantis plumber, Roby, arrived to provide an estimate, it was immediately apparent that he was much more knowledgeable and experienced than the others I had dealt with. He took the time to carefully assess my situation before providing his proposed approach and estimate. Not only was the Atlantis estimate very reasonable compared to the others I received, their approach did not require destroying the porch or significant landscaping, which ended up saving me several thousand dollars. In terms of the actual work performed, it was a grueling all day job. Roby and Tyler were very professional and did very high quality work. As the issues were uncovered and diagnosis performed, they had to adjust the repair approach accordingly, but kept me well informed as the work progressed and were able to complete the job as expected, with no damage to the porch and no significant landscape destroyed. The job required more work than expected, but they stayed into the evening to complete the job and stuck to the estimate originally provided. I will definitely hire Atlantis again for my plumbing needs and will recommend them to others.

Roby and Tyler were out earlier to correct a problem with a basement floor drain backing up. They got the problem cleared but it turned out to be much more extensive than anticipated. The problem returned and Herman returned to the house and tried again to clear the drain issue without much luck. The line could be partially cleared but it was an old cast iron undersized line under the basement floor and without cutting up the concrete across most of the length of the basement, that particular line was a lost cause. Herman was able to determine that an additional drain line from a powder room at one end of the house could be accessed. He and his assistant, David basically rebuilt all the plumbing for one half of the house, increasing the size of the drain lines and tapping into an existing line to minimize both the cost and impact to the basement floor. I also requested that they re-plumb the lines on the hot water heater. Even a novice could tell that an inept handy man handyman had done the replacement job on the hot water heater and used incorrect piping and valves. They were able to complete the entire job in less than one day. Everything they did was professionally completed. Herman made sure that everything in the basement was protected from the work that was being conducted and he and David did an excellent job of cleaning everything up before they left. I have used Atlantis twice within the same week and I would not hesitate to use them again. This house was built in 1962 and between age related failure and incompetent installation by other installers it took a real professional team to uncover and correct the problems. Plumbing ain't cheap, but you get what you pay for with Atlantis Plumbing.

They were prompt, very professional and kept me well informed of everything going on. Things were taken care of and the mess was cleaned up before they left. Shelby Taylor and Brandon Taylor were both a pleasure to do business with.

They were right on time. There was a spot that created back pressure, and Robbie was able to put his hand over that and Tyler grabbed the shop vac and they were able to contain the excess water. They were a father and son team, they were able to do an outstanding job and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and the price is less than what I would expect it to be. I plan on using them again.

The plumber, Mike Haney, was very knowledgeable and stuck within his estimated time and price. He was out to my house within 30 minutes of my call, and then got right to work. I'm very pleased and recommend them to others.

I used the online information form to request a call/visit for garbage disposal repair on a Monday evening. On Tuesday, I received a call from Michelle who was super friendly and scheduled a visit the next day with Mike Brown. He came out on Wednesday, called on his way, and informed me I needed a total replacement. On Thursday, he came out and installed the new disposal, as well as checked it multiple times to ensure its performance. There was rust from my disposal due to it's old age, and Mike cleaned up his area, as well as finalizing my paperwork. Super nice guy, professional and friendly. Definitely would use Atlantis again, as well as give Mike a referral for my neighbors!

They came out on short notice Sunday night. Dug to septic tank, which was overfull. They got us up and running that night until they could bring a truck out to clean out septic tank. They fit us in the following day to pump out the septic tank. In addition, they flushed out the pipes to remove the accumulated debris. It was discovered my line did not have an outside cleanout, so they installed one of those as well. While testing, they tested the ejection pump in the basement and found it did not appear to be pumping as it should, so they pulled the pump, finding it clogged. They cleaned that up as well. All the time, they were very friendly and explained what was going on and answered all my questions, which I always want to know exactly what's going on, and they were very patient with my questions. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing work, hopefully not for years when I need my tank pumped again though!
