Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater and re-built two toilets. My problem with the company is that they did work that was not necessary, got a very expensive new heater and charge $180 to re-build two toilets that took about ten minutes to do. Never itemized the bill. Just a flat charge.

Description of Work: This was an amazing experience. Spoke with the technician on the phone to set-up an appt. for an estimate. The technician, Butch Smith was so impressive over the phone with his knowledge of problems like mine. The information Butch shared over the phone gave me the assurance that everything would be fine. Butch explained the process and the information made since. Butch came out (on-time) for the estimate. He was able to diagnose my problem of a broken main line joint before getting out of his truck. Butch and Brandon Saylors performed the work with the utmost professionalism. They were both courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Great Job. Looking forward to working with Atlantis in the future. Thank You Atlantis, Butch, and Brandon
