Description of Work: Needing roof work done, I shopped around and chose Perferred Contracting because of the following reasons. I wanted the work done right away. The contractor had over 20 years experience. Company location was close to my home. Came out on time, and had the estimate back the next day. These guys did a wonderful job. Showed up early, at daylight, got right to work. The roof was finsihed when they estimated it would be. Cleaned up all the mess - even some they didn't have too! Professional job from start to finish!
