Description of Work: My issue was not an emergency, but L&J took my call in the afternoon and arranged to meet me at my house that same day after work. Tech called ahead and arrived when he said he would. | |I had two dead bolts and a door knob replaced; all re-keyed to fit my other existing locks. He did not have all the items we needed in stock, but I ran up to store while he was getting ready. He did offer to go pickup the needed items, but we figured it was more efficient if he got started instead. | |The work was completed to my satisfaction, the tech was friendly, and he cleaned up everything when done. |

Description of Work: I needed someone to come out because I lost keys to a rental house. I called them and they came out within 2 hours after I called. They re-keyed the locks. They made me two separate keys.

+ -1 moreI called to set up the appointment and had to leave a voice mail, he called back within 10 minutes. We set an appointment for two days later, my request. The day prior he called and asked if the appointment could be moved up by an hour and a half which was actually to my benefit so I said yes. He arrived on time, went to work promptly and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would use L and J Locksmith again.
Description of Work: Rekeyed 4 locks, replaced a Deadbolt Strike and supplied 8 keys.
