"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

Salesmen were confident in the one day turnaround and strong warranty the company could offer after drilling down then inserting metal rods to stop the chimney movement. Workers arrived 7 hours later than scheduled and were polite and apologetic. After two hours of digging I was informed there was a problem. The man in charge assured me he would meet with his engineer, keep me updated, and have a plan to finish the job the next day. I never heard from them again. The workers showed up the next day (I saw on my RING), filled in the holes and left. 4 days later I received an automated email saying my CC deposit was returned. Absolutely ZERO contact or follow up by the company. Shameful. Do NOT use this company under ANY circumstances"
