This was one of the best home repair/service that I have ever had. Mr. Norris and his team performed the mold remediation project professionally and timely. I was kept aware of the project in each step of the process. I had conversations with all of the team and found them all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt as if a group of my friends got together and did the work. Mr. Norris gave me a thorough and fair estimate, explained the complete process to me and..............there were NO hidden charges. In addition to all of the above he was available to me either in person or phone all of the time and answered all questions I had even if they were not directly related to his project.
