Description of Work: After a water leak caused damage to hardwood flooring, I obtained estimates from Water Pro and 2 other contractors. | |The estimate Water Pro provided promptly was at a significantly lower cost than the estimates from 2 other contractors and did not include clearly unnecessary repairs that had been quoted by another contractor. | |After the water damaged flooring was removed and the area was dried out, Water Pro quickly scheduled an appointment to install new hardwood flooring in the damaged area from which damaged wood had been removed. | |I would highly recommend Water Pro.

Description of Work: We hired WaterPro to remediate the mold problem we had in our subdivision pump room. We also contracted with them to do the rebuild portion. Andy responded immediately to my initial request, he reviewed with me the problem, gave me some great tips for future maintenance and prepared a very thorough proposal. Their professionalism, communication, promptness and thoroughness was outstanding. I will (and have already) recommended them to others. Great job, great folks to work with.

Description of Work: Upon returning from our vacation, my husband and I discovered that our hot water heater, located in our attic three floors up, had sprung a leak. We immediately contacted a plumber, who then referred us to Water Pro to start drying out the areas where there was water damage. Andrew Foray, owner and chief operator of this company was in our home w/in two hours of our initial call. We especially appreciated his promptness considering it was a Saturday afternoon. He carried in several hugh drying machines and floor mats for our wood floor. From the very beginning, it was clear, that Andrew knew what he was doing. This was very comforting considering this had never happened to us before. Throughout the process, which took several days, Andrew was professional. I even asked him to make an extra trip out to our house when the drying was complete, just to make sure once again that our floor and carpet were dry before I decided whether or not to replace our carpet pad. Andrew was very accommodating, and he assured me that everything was dry. Now we could begin the repair work process. Although my husband and I did not file an insurance claim, Andrew is well versed and knowledgable about the insurance process. He will fill claims etc... when that is called for. All in all, using this company was a very pleasant experience!

Description of Work: Mold remediation, dried the floorboards, joists, and other wood in the water damaged area, replaced the rest of the kitchen floor.
