They were very mindful of safety during these times of covid. I have used Rogers Services Group, Inc for other plumbing needs and always a happy customer when they leave. Will continue to use them in the future.

 + -1 moreI could not ask for better service. As soon as I noticed the water flooding out of my house, I called Rich and told him of my problem. He showed up when he said he would the same day and repaired my broken pipe. Excellent work! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues in the future.
Description of Work: Repaired copper pipe that broke during deep freeze, and installed a shut off valve.

 + -1 moreArrived early, another one of his truck showed up same time and the job went quickly and they cleaned up the area of work. It was a family business, father and 2 sons and they were all nice, friendly and courteous and respectful.
Description of Work: Replaced broken water service valve. And no charge repaired the shutoff valve to backyard water bib. Also checked our water service, for no charge, at the city's meter.

Description of Work: Rich was called on a late Wednesday night when I discovered that there was no hot water. I panicked because we were having out of town family coming in on Friday. Rich answered his phone after 11:00 and told me he would be out at 8:00 Thursday morning. Having a gas water heater, Rich tried to relight it and hoped that would work and charged for the service call. He told us to call him back if after 2 hours it wasn't heating up. The water heater was 7 years old, discontinued and no parts were available which he had knowledge. Of course it didn't work so Rich came back with new reasonably priced gas water heater and it was installed by 2:00 that same afternoon. He charged us only for the water heater and credited us with the first call which we found very fair. He came out when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable. I have included Rich and Rogers Plumbing in my future as needed contact information.

 + -1 moreSo, called Rogers because of its close proximity to me. Since I had shut down the toliet, they asked if they could come out the next day. I said fine. The following morning they called to say that their storage facility had been burglarized during the night and that they might be a little late. No problem. When the clock chimed 9 a.m., which was their original appointment, Mike rang the doorbell. Couldn't have been more on-time than that. Quickly diagnosed the problem and told me the new fill valve I bought at Home Depot was defective. They put in one they had with them and asked me to call if I had any problems. No bill. Just a "say a kind word for us." Incredible. I will definitely call them if I have a problem in the future.
Description of Work: Being a little handy myself, I replaced the fill valve of the toliet's tank. Why it kept leaking was beyond me. I've done this maneuver for years. I did what I almost never do: admit defeat!

 + -1 moreMr. Rogers and crew filled in for another plumber whom I had used previously but who was unavailable due to health. Mr. Rogers and crew (depending on who was available) picked up immediately and installed bathtub and shower fixtures I had previously purchased. In that process, he determined that one of the items to be installed was an incorrect item. Although I had the receipt from a reputable local dealer, Mr. Rogers made contact with his own personal contact at the dealer and worked with his contact to ensure that I received the correct part. Although it took multiple shipments for the supplier to get the correct part for me, I'm not sure the exchange could have been accomplished without Mr. Rogers' involvement. All parts are now successfully installed and Mr. Rogers did not charge me anything additional to come out to our home SEVERAL times in the process to get the correct part installed!
Description of Work: Bathtub and shower hardware installation for a shower re-tile project (plumbing behind the wall and on surface). I had purchased the fixtures over one year prior.
