Landaverde Total Drywall

In all the work was ok the problems I encountered was they didn’t do a very good job at cleaning up. One area they patched involved an electrical outlet that was still pushed back in the wall.

They did a great job replacing drywall and insulation in my sunroom. Every day they showed up on time, worked steady, did a nice, neat job and cleanup. Recommended!

I mixed up dates and crew came next day an hour late, but still came after my mistake. Missed one drywall area to repair but knocked it out once I pointed out.

David was a pleasure to work with! He communicated ahead of time and showed up on time. He fixed the drywall in our garage and matched the existing ceiling patter perfectly. He finished the job so quickly and left every neat. He even fixed some other wall issues that he noticed that were outside of the scope of this project. I will definitely hire him again.

The person who installed drywall did a very lousy job, He did everything in a hurry not accurately measuring, finally when placed the electrical receptacle plate there are gaps in several places. I will not recommend him. Unfortunately, he came and claimed the payment before receptacle plates were installed.

Their pricing was about half of what other contractors quoted me and they had no problem working on the weekend, which meant I didn't have to take time off work. They accommodated my schedule instead of expecting me to accommodate theirs - amazing! (Why doesn't everyone do that?) They worked fast and hard, did everything I asked and more, and did a great job. I will definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again. I couldn't be more pleased. Other contractors could learn from this example .

Lionel was very prompt in responding to my request and came out the same day to provide an estimate. The project was to patch 3 large holes in the ceilings caused by water damage. The ceilings are textured. Lionel provided options for completing this job and future jobs. Once I accepted the quote, the work was scheduled for the following morning. David came out to do the work. He arrived on time and was efficient and quick in his work while still doing a quality job. He even patched a hole in the wall that was not part of the original quote at no extra charge. I will definitely hire this company again.

These guys saved the day after we made a mess trying to DIY our bathroom walls. We spent a month working on it ourselves and made a dusty mess. They finished it in two days and left everything clean. The one thing that bugged me was that I wish they had a website and more professional paperwork (my invoice was just an email). But the guys were all pleasant and the work was done fast and looks great!
