Lionel and his team exceeded my expectations in Customer Service and the turnaround time. They removed my old dated basement ceiling tiles and replaced them with a drywall ceiling and modern can lighting. The project was completed in one week.

this boy likes change orders and likes more money when the price is agreed to before starting. I had many issues with him after each part of the project was finished. Some of his workers left a mess and didn't clean up after completing the project. He don't provide a warranty for his work. Some of the work he performed is failing and I had to hire other contractors to fix his work.

Very quick to come out and give us a quote. Work was done exceptionally fast and looks amazing! We will hire than again for sure.

I hired Landaverde Total Drywall to do some work in my basement. Initially, it was to create an office space for me. But, after seeing the great work they did for my office I hired them to completely install my basement drywall. I could not be happier with the work. They completed on time and cleaned up everything as agreed upon. I would recommend to anyone with pictures. Great work at a reasonable price and timeline.

I know little about the workings of dry wall repair but the job is perfect, like the damage was never there. However, even though they cleaned up there was white dust all over two rooms. A small price to pay for a job well done.

Leon gave us confusing info , i.e. using a 12 inch mesch repair tape. But when David came out to do the repair, he was excellent! We will use only David's company for future repairs, not Leon Landaverde.
