Did a nice job

He was good but he didn't use blue tape and some of the white stuff got on my green wall paint along the edge. Otherwise, he did a good job.

They work fast and they're very clean, they didn't leave any mess. Their work was good but I thought the price was a little high.

I slipped off a rafter in my attic and created a 2 foot by 6 foot hole in the ceiling below. I hired Leonel and couldn't be happier with the results. He brought in David who was professional, quick and courteous and was done in about 4 hours. I can attest to the quality of the work and would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you!

Experienced, dedicated, commited and excellent!

Lionel, is very pleasant fellow, however he did not give me a contract, and the price he quoted was not what we ended up paying. He grossly over measured and bought far more sheetrock than he needed, he could have finished the entire basement, but instead left one wall without drywall. Did not clean up after work was done. On the positive side his crews are extremely talented and did a great job.

I hired Landaverde to popcorn 3 spots on my ceiling and paint the whole ceiling in my family room. They patched a hole the size of a baseball and painted my upstairs hallway minus the wall leading to the living room and bedroom doors. I decided to paint the upstairs the same exact color so, they took some wall from the hole in the hallway to match the color. They told me they could get started right away and finish the same day for $975, I agreed. I told them that I had to be to work at 9 am that day which was on 1/25/19 which was perfect because I was having carpet laid on 1/28/19. They told me that they would be at my home at 8:00 am! Ok, they were 45min late which made me late starting my day. I'm a Master Cosmetologist. Around 3ish someone called to inform that they were finished and need me to come and check out the work so they could leave. I told that person I could be there in about 20 min. Got my client under the dryer and went home. The family room was done well. When I went upstairs they had fixed the hole and it appeared as it was painted. I paid them $975. I finally get home to really check out the work. The family room was a good job but the hallway wasn't painted completely. The paint they bought was a perfect match so, until I could really check it up close I noticed they had missed walls. Basically, they half-painted. I immediately took pictures and sent them to the initial number of communication. They texted back and stated, "didn't you look over the job before you paid?". Four days to rectify and they were just giving the runaround. I will be taking this to a small claims court. All I wanted was a professional job since they charged a professional price.

They are very professional and deliver quickly. Their prices were in the middle of the quotes that I received, but they were the best at communicating.

David does good work, but good not pricey

This is the second time I have used Landaverde and David did a wonderful job repairing my ceiling after I had a plumbing repair. You can hardly see where the patch is. Great price as well
