Landaverde Total Drywall

Had a wonderful experience with Landaverde. Crew was actually early to the job and went above and beyond in terms of repairing a few additional drywall spots beyond just the ceiling. Quality of work was exceptional. Deducted 1/2 a star just for the fact that we had a bit more cleanup afterwards than I had hoped for, but I would absolutely recommend Landaverde to anyone with drywall needs. Great experience!!

Showed up on time and worked late to complete the job. Very pleased with the work. Will be using them again for other projects in the future.

Lionel is professional, quotes quickly, and does great work. His finisher, David, was very professional and was fast and clean. Our project was a full floor renovation where we knocked down several walls and needed our textured ceiling covered with drywall. We also needed some hole repair and finishing. It looks like a whole new floor. Thanks, Lionel and David!

I had a hole in my shower wall from a plumbing repair. This contractor was able to find the same exact tile I have in my bathroom after I couldn't find it in any retail store. The work was done on a Saturday in about two hours in the afternoon. The shower looks like nothing ever happened to it.

Project consisted of installing new drywall ceiling, and taping and mudding existing drywall walls in a sunroom addition, with all to be finished ready for paint. The install, taping and mudding were fine, very well done. Would have rated the entire job 5 stars, but for the final finishing and cleanup. Key words above "ready for paint". Walls, ceiling and floor were heavily coated in dust. I asked Lieonel about it and he said he forgot to give the vacuum cleaner to his finisher, that he would clean up, himself, that he had the vacuum cleaner, and said they use 'tack cloths' from Home Depot to wipe down the walls and ceiling. I had a previous appointment, so I left him to it. When I returned, the floor had been vacuumed, but everything was still heavily coated in dust. I vacuumed the floor myself with my 5-gallon shop vac, and had to wipe down the walls and ceiling myself after a trip to Home Depot. It is now 'ready for paint'. I was very happy with the quality and speed of the work. Not so much the finishing and cleanup. I feel the price was good, and Lieonel was prompt returning my calls and actually came out a week earlier than I was planning for. Again, I would have rated 5 stars across the board except for the 'ready for paint' issue. Very disappointed by that, especially since I specifically discussed it with Lieonel, and he assured me he would have it ready for my wife to paint the room.
