 + 0 moreWe were totally pleased with this company. We love our bamboo floors and paid a reasonable price. They could not have been much nicer. They were always ready to work and work hard. We would recommend them for floor work.
Description of Work: This company removed carpeting in our living room and dining rooms. They then put in bamboo hard wood flooring in those rooms.

 + 0 moreI called Mike on October 2nd to get an estimate on buying and installing vinyl for the kitchen also to install carpet downstairs. We agreed he would come that Friday at 10:00 AM; he did not show up so when I called him, he did NOT apologize, just very casually said I must have double booked so I said thank you and hung up. I will not call him again for any services as this is poor customer service he gave us. I did not have a good feeling about Mike since I also asked him how much a certain kind of carpet pad we wanted would be and he said I will find out and call you tomorrow (Oct. 3rd) which he never called to let us know.

 + 0 moreIt was great, the workers were clean and professional. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to and they were all very helpful. We have been very happy with our new floors, our only regret is that we did not do the upstairs as well.
Description of Work: He removed the carpet and linoleum in our house and installed the new hardwood flooring. He also, stretched and straightened our carpet in the upstairs to get the ripples out.
