CLEAR REFLECTION WINDOW CLEANING

The family arrived at the exact time they said they would and were very professional. They were very neat and careful not to damage anything. They tried to accommodate us in every request we had. They had me walk through and check their work to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They really impressed us as to how they used a padded ladder and were especially careful with our stucco home.

They were professional, arrived on time, and were very respectful of my home. They were finished in less than 2 hours and did a wonderful job.

They said they would arrive at 10am and they knocked on my door at EXACTLY 10am. They were very professional and fast. My entire house was done in 1 1/2 hrs. I love that it's a family business and that there are four people working. They were finished before I knew it and my windows have NEVER looked so good! I have used the window company "Window Works" for years and they are cheaper, BUT they do not hand clean each and every window. They do not scrape off paint and in the end, the windows don't look that great. You get what you pay for. Clear Reflection HAND washes every window AND they scraped paint over spray off all my windows which had been there for three YEARS! I have had three different window companies come in that time and no one else scraped off all the paint! I AM ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with my windows and Clear Reflection Window Cleaning. I will never use anyone else.

Went well. Staff called evening prior to scheduled service and again that morning to confirm since it had been raining. Please note, if there was an A- for quality instead of B, that is really what they deserved! (See comments on window sills)

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB! EVERY STORM WINDOW WAS REMOVED AND WASHED, EVERY SCREEN WAS CLEANED, EVEN THE WINDOWS IN THE CLOSET AND IN THE BASEMENT AND IN THE GARAGE! THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS, AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND UNOBTRUSIVE. I AM THRILLED WITH HOW MY WINDOWS LOOK.
