We are very, very pleased with the quality of the components, the installation, and the ongoing monitoring service provided by Bulldog. The system has worked flawlessly, even with the weird power outages and fluctuations due to the recent heavy storms. On two occasions we have accidentally set off the alarm ourselves and within seconds received a call from the monitoring station. This goes a long way to putting my mind at ease. When we used a different alarm company (different location) we often received follow-up calls more than 24 hours after an alarm event. With Bulldog, I also felt no pressure to purchase additional components or services. The technician was extremely professional, offering different options, outlining possible pros and cons and letting me make the decision. I never felt pressure to buy something I did not want. He carefully explained each part of the system and how it operated, as well.

Mike was very quick to respond via email (my preferred method of contact) to help set up a time as well as answer all my questions. The agent, Curtis, who set up my system did his best to work with my schedule. He has also been continuously responsive in answering my questions and offering help with the system. Also very knowledgeable on the devices and was able to tell me specific details on one sensor unit just by seeing a picture of it. Their prices are competitive and I am very happy with the install service as well as the quick calls when the alarm is tripped.

Outstanding service. The owner came out initially to look at our house and give us an estimate. The techs were prompt and they walked through everything with my wife. Best of all, they were able to use some of the wiring left by previous owners of the house, which saved us a couple hundred dollars off their estimate. I would not hesitate to use them again and they are one of the only installation companies around that doesn't lock you into a monitoring contract.

The salesman that was sent REEKED of nicotine and seemed to breath cigarette smoke into my home. He quoted me the worst case scenario and said it was the best case. He was really unable to give me an idea of what work would be involved in fixing my system. The fact that they could come out so quick to do an estimate was great. the lack of communication and stink in my house was awful. In addition, they couldn't come and do the work for a week. I was left with a very unpleasant impression of the company.

Very well. He evaluated the system and told me where we could economize and set up the system. They worked very quickly and efficiently to complete system and connect it.

Very professional job by highly qualified, experienced technicians. A minor misunderstanding on upgradeability, which was more than adequately handled the next day. We shopped around a good bit before choosing this company. I have already recommended Bulldog to neighbors.

They are very professional and their prices are competitive. Best of all, they do not require a long-term contract--you can sign up for month to month service. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and there were no high pressure sales tactics. When we decide to have the system installed, we will use Bulldog.

I contacted Bulldog Security and asked that they send someone to evaluate our house and explain our options. The rep., Mike, came to our home on time and went through the house, explaining what might be done and for how much. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was great at not trying to "up-sell" us on things we did not need. He was also very responsive to any questions we sent to him via e-mail. Once we decided to go with the company, we scheduled installation and Lew came out to take care of it. He managed to do everything in one day, which was great. One thing I really appreciated was that when he had to drill through some bead-board, he was able to call Mike (who came out to help) and do it without damaging the paint or causing it to be patched. Lew also explained how to use the control panel and had me do it in front of him. All in all, it was a positive experience. Our final cost was higher than the estimate only because we added some motion sensors.

Mike quoted the conversion and put the numbers in writing. The price was great, and the monthly monitoring service was the most competitive quote we had received. Three business days later, Lou came over to convert the equipment and program our security system. Lou was on time, did the work well and cleaned up after himself. He took time to go over the manual with me, and helped me practice setting and disarming the alarm. Six months later, I needed one of our motion detectors adjusted. I called Bulldog and within 24 hours, Lou was back out at our house. He adjusted the motion detector and checked all the systems, free of charge. Over the past 6 months, Bulldog's monitoring service has called us within seconds of an alarm going off. They are definitely doing their jobs. Bulldog is a great company to work with and very affordable.

The salesman was very impressive with his knowledge of his services and equipment. While waiting for my scheduled appointment the following week, I called concerned that there had been some crime in my neighborhood and was anxious to get the alarm up and running. They came out the next day and fixed my system. The technician was very prompt (I needed an early start) and completed his work neatly and timely. This is a very professional company. And their trucks are cool too.
