I am a studio owner and hired Rudy to knock down some dry wall and change the studio color. He gave a estimate of early Oct and we didn’t get finished until late November. Was his work good? It was GREAT! Does he have professionalism? **** the **** no! My next job was to put up studio mirrors. Did he deliver? He did! He even “GLUED” them as put it. I have no idea about that. Little did I know that they mirrors would not be able to be moved more lifted in any way! Months later, Ive asked him to please lift them and i was giving the round around and Faldo advertisement for a month! He could have a least answers to tell me that he could not do the job. I am not stuck literally with glass up my *** and unable to get the mirrors of because he over did it and Glued them!

I have sighed the contract with owner Rudy and paid 7.000$ to start the fixing drywall, removing popcorn ceiling and paint the entire job. It took entire month to put partial drywall in the kitchen only. He was suppose the remove the existing ceiling in the basement and put a new ceiling and new wall in the entire basement and fix walls in the bathrooms. He did not show up until I have texted him saying I want to cancel the contract. After that he came three times to put drywall in the kitchen only. I have told him I want to cancel the contract second time he is saying he is going to ask more money since he gave me below market price quote. I am ready to sue him and try to get my money.

DIY Gone Wrong!! Help!! ... and we did. Contract Amount $15k Sir, you attempted to fix these issues yourself but wasn't able to, so we answered the call. Yes, sir, you wanted to cancel the contract after the first phase of the work was done. Not because of the quality of work or time but because of greed. We refuse to be cheated so the contract was amended to reflect the change, Contractually we were within the contract. Due to the fact you wanted to cancel the contract, yes changes were made to reflect the change. Drywall Repairs Kitchen walls and Ceilings and vaulted ceilings, living area $2750 Wallpaper removal $314 Scrape off an acoustic ceiling (popcorn)2657 sqf $5314 Total cost $8378 Deposit $7623 Amount due at the time of cancellation $755 (used to complete the above-mentioned repairs) which would have been paid as the contract progressed to the second phase. No, the work did not take a month to finish. We completed it according to the contract we signed We never reached the phase to remove the basement ceilings. or fix the drywall repairs in the bathroom pics you posted, which represents only 15% of the repairs. Sir, as it was said we do apologize that you wanted to cancel the contract but we will not be cheated or taken advantage of. Right is right and wrong is wrong. After you had seen the quality of the repairs, you then wanted to DIY and move into the house. Instead of flipping it, your business is your business. As you have to protect yours so do we with ours. Slandering our name will not change the fact that, you were using undermining business tactics to cheat contractors. "CONTRACTOR BEWARE". We were the second contractors on this job. and I saw nothing wrong with the previous guy's work. Thank You
