BORZA KITCHEN & BATH

We contacted 3 contractors from Angie?s List. Each came to the house to discuss the project based on the detailed plans I had drawn. Two gave us an estimate. The third was a design/build firm which we were not interested in. We felt ?Borza Kitchen & Bath? was the best choice based on price, and his thorough review of and questions about my design plans. They provided all general materials for the project, but we purchased the faucets, lights, mirrors, fans, shower components, toilet, porcelain tiles, and cabinet hardware (this is included in the cost above). The time estimate to complete the project was 3 weeks, but it took an extra week because we did the painting. They started the project on the date agreed and were there every day, staying late when necessary. Each morning we discussed the planned day?s work, which is what I had requested. I asked questions, and Mr. Borza was always willing to explain what they were doing and address any issues I had. Before beginning the work, they laid down plastic covering over our existing carpets, and built a plastic wall to temporarily separate the new work area from our still-being-used bedroom. They met with us at their showroom to view and choose the vanity/cabinet stain, and select the particular granite piece we wanted installed. All material cutting was performed outside the house. Each evening they cleaned and vacuumed the work area. They were easy to work with and were very personable throughout the project. And, we were extremely satisfied with their work and the remodeling outcome.

Borza Kitchen and Bath did an outstanding job! I can go on and on about how professional and awesome they were through out the dreadful remodeling project. From start to finish they were professional in their work and very detail oriented. They were punctual and prompt in showing up for work, finishing the job on time and keeping us informed about the progress. Most importantly they were honest and looked out for us. Gave us a fair price, provided quality skilled work and also helped us design with in a budget. I absolutely love my kitchen and baths and I am so happy that I invested in my home. Got more then I imagined and for less stress and money then I had anticipated. As they have been recommend to us, I too would definitely further recommend Borza Kitchen and Bath to anyone that is serious about remolding and getting more then what you pay for. Especially if it takes a lot to please your taste.
