+ -1 moreI think that they did a good job. The only problem was that they delivered my the wrong shingles and after some insistence from me they got the right ones. The finished roof turned out okay however one of the flue stacks was a bit out of place and they agreed to split the difference. Overall the job was done quickly and with quality, and they were good about cleaning up.
Description of Work: I had them replace the roof of my house after some hail damage.

+ -1 moreOnce they got here, they were on the roof and completed the work in one day. It was a matter of getting them out here. Other than the complication of getting them out here, it was wonderful. He did come down on the price to match our insurance company. We thought the sales man was a little pushy. He did come out to put the tarps on the roof until they were able to come out to put on a new roof.
Description of Work: They tore off the old and put on a new shingle roof.

+ -1 moreKurt said the repair work would start in 3-5 days. Asked for a deposit, which I foolishly gave him, and have not heard from them since. I have called them 2x, emailed, with no response from Biltmore. Obviously an exceptionally unprofessional and unethical company who should not be trusted.
Description of Work: Kurt came out to provide an estimate for hole in siding/fascia repair.
