The owner Rick was very professional. He was out of town for 2 weeks, but the project was started on time using a supervisor from another company. This company workers were very nice, but at times would not be professional with their supervisor around us, the customer. We truly enjoyed the team of workers. Once Rick came back into town, he took over the project. The work was done before the time that was estimated. He was very responsive. He stayed on top of the project with his team and kept us informed of what to expect next. We will truly work with Alpha Construction Group again.

I got a portion of that. In other words, they were supposed to do many other things but I guess they didn't have enough time. We said "Can you come back?" They haven't called me back yet but of course they have done my front porch. They haven't done the back yet. The front porch, whatever they have done, I'm happy about it. They're pretty good, pretty solid.

We hesitated at first, so many contractors, they all say they will do a good job, but you never know. We chose Rick Wright /Alpha because he had a good price and demonstrated that they use a special process for rebuilding a shower floor that insures that no leaks will occur. They did a great job. We are very pleased. The work looks super! Love our new bathroom!!!

The team showed up on time, cleaned up every day and the end product was amazing. Beautiful tile work made our bathrooms look amazing.

They were very helpful with design and suggestions. The installations of the walls and floors were right on time. I could not have been happier with their work. I have used Alpha Construction for years. They built an unattached garage for me as well as remolded my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Alpha was the only company I found that would give me an itemized list and cost for each step of construction. I had indicated that I may want to do some of the work myself such as painting. They gave me the price if they were to do it and left it on the list for me to mark out if I choose to do it myself. I interviewed 15 people before adding the garage and remolding my kitchen. None would give me the itemized list that I requested except for Alpha.

Rick Wright's Workers were experienced and professional. He Walked me through each step of construction and what was happening next. They were exceptionally Clean and very professional. He Made adjustments to my wants without any problems. I Would have Rick Wright and the Alpha Construction Group back any time for the quality work they provide! Thanks Rick!

DO NOT HIRE THEM! SCAMMERS!!! First of all they are NOT INSURED! They refused to finish the job and did not have good quality workmanship, not to mention the terrible customer service. The tile people that Rick trusted to install for him intentionally did not put concrete board down under the tile on the floor. They were very unprofessional and ended up being very rude. Maria headed up the tile install and was nothing more than a kid with issues. They did not put in a full day's work the first three days on the job then she sat in my spare bedroom crying in a ball under one of my tables. When we asked if she was ok, she said she was fine. Then they proceeded to get angry with me because the job was running behind and because I wanted to pick out what tiles went on the floor. We were unfortunately not at home on the last day of renovation where they intentionally did not install the tile correctly and lied about putting concrete board down. I spent hours picking out which tiles were to be put down and when I arrived home, they had not followed the plan at all even when they had pictures of it and saw it laid out in person. Rick assured me over and over again that if I had any issues that he would fix them and do whatever it takes to make me happy. When I asked him to send me a receipt of payment, he never did or never pulled together any kind of contract. After being paid, he will NOT pick up my phone calls and never came back to fix anything!!! I have to call him from friends and coworkers phones to even get in touch with him. What he did do in my home had such terrible quality work that I would not want him back anyway. Rick is full of lies and nothing else. He was not able to put in faucets, toilets or sinks correctly. The toilet is still leaking after he put it in, three tiles started cracking in the floor and the sink would not drain. I hired them because I was referred to them and I trusted the person who referred him. This was the second time I had to have my bathroom renovated because the first time was done incorrectly and they had to literally rip everything out down to the studs and do it all over again. After seeing that and knowing what I had been through, they still did what they did. I couldn't be more disappointed in his work and attitude. I now have spent over $7000 trying to correctly renovate my bathroom and its still not done thanks to Alpha Construction Group!! Things that I had specifically told Rick not to do that had been done previously in my botched job were even repeated in his job! I told them I did not want any sku numbers on the side of the tile showing. They finished the bathroom with a big sku number staring me in the face and refused to fix it. Please do not hire him. I was nothing but nice to them and did not deserve what they did in any way

Rick and his crew worked really fast, the price was very reasonable, and the work done well. They showed up on time and worked hard. The deck was done in about 2 days. Rick was always available to answer questions throughout the project and he is very knowledgeable. So far the project looks great and we will soon be starting the next phase, using Alpha Construction again. Rick was a referral from someone in the commercial construction field and it is clear why.
