glass repair
+ -1 moreBill Freeman came out to quote on replacing the glass on the stationary part of a sliding glass door. After looking at the job, he decided it was something he had never done before (the door was larger than normal), and elected to pass on doing the work. I appreciated his honesty. He also recommended another firm he thought could handle the work.
Description of Work: The goal was to replace the glass in windows and doors where vacuum had been lost.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THE COMPANY TWO TIMES. THEY SIMPLY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS. AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT, A WEEK HAS PASSED SINCE THE FIRST CALL.
Description of Work: I CALLED THE COMPANY FOR SERVICE ON INSULATED WINDOWS THAT HAD FOGGED UP.
