+ -1 moreQuoted one day, arrived 9 am the next to install. Arrived on time. Introduced helper. Clean and well kept employees, took shoes off when entering home. Explained when they would be making more noise. Explained the status of my condensation lines. Showed me the heat exchanger, showed me the wear on the insulation around the lines. Completed project before 1 pm.
Description of Work: Removed existing furnace in garage and outside the home the air conditioner condenser. Installed a NEW 90% Westinghouse furnace and NEW A/C 13 seer outside. Ran a new, more efficient PVC exhaust for the natural gas furnace vent. Removed condensation/sump pump tubing and brass conduit - replaced and insulated new conduit. This included a new heat exchanger and evaporator coil. Verified operation. Leveled and installed a new pad for the external A/C unit. Has not charged A/C unit as yet...need be above 70 degrees. Removed previous filter setup and installed a new filter system, easier to access. Sealed connection to ducts with a solid seal. Removed old gas furnace, removed old A/C equipment. Disposed of units. Left my home very clean.
