I had a wonderful experience with Vex Pest Control. I made my initial call to have someone come to my house for a flea problem. I talked to V and he surprised me when he said he would come out the same day to spray. It was after lunch when we spoke. Like all of his reviews state he showed up promptly to the meeting. He explained in detail what he was going to do and we set up a maintenance plan to handle any future problems. All my questions were answered and the work was done in a very professional manner. Viet Nguyen was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He arrived on time and prepared to get the job done. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He made sure I was completely satisfied. He thoroughly searched all points of origin, even in my attic in July heat! I will definitely call on him again.

Vex was a very nice an informative �situation savior�. After taking care of the ant problem in my house, he didn�t try to sell me a service plan I didn�t need. He listened to my story then he told me what he thought was a best course of action. I�m confident we worked out the best plan for me. He also was very pleasant working with me on a scheduling problem I caused.

V was very patient and answered all my questions even before I hired him for the job. He did an excellent job explaining to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He seemed very competent and his behavior was extremely professional. I have already decided that I will use him on a quarterly basis.
