Unfortunately we do not get to write those deals. I have tried on several occasions to have them rewritten however they do not let us do that. They purposely make them as vague as possible in order to push volume. It was however nice meeting you, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!

Description of Work: I did get value from this purchase, in the form of diagnosing of problems. Value roughly equivalent to what was paid, not the advertised value of 1 hour of service. The attitude of the primary contact was a bit condescending - in a good ol' boy kind of way. Services for further work were pushed and at the time I agreed. Before the scheduled return date, and after the benefit of research and discussion with trusted home inspection professionals, I canceled the work as completely unnecessary. Nearly $1,000 worth of work. I'm sure these guys are capable electricians ... just not a service company for our household.

Our company has never, nor will we ever run a "by the hour" promotion. We have never been called "good ol boys" before. I'm not sure where or why you called us that. As far as your "trusted" home inspector that told you both of your panels are perfectly fine. I recommend a 3rd professional opinion. Somebody with an electrical license. Both of your panels have severe UL violations that need to be removed and have the proper equipment installed. Unfortunately they merely told you what you wanted to hear, not what is actually printed on the door of your panel. People don't like bad news. Often times, especially in this industry they get angry at us since we are almost always the bearers of bad news. I assure you that I do not enjoy explaining why the previous builder of your home (And you did explain how terrible he was) took short cuts that are not up to code. Do yourself a favor and call your city inspector, and have your licensed city official come in and see what he says about your panels. Good luck!
