Description of Work: These guys were FANTASTIC! They were very accommodating, friendly, did not only quality work but were thorough! I felt extremely comfortable having them in the house. The best part of all is that they REALLY ARE Veterans! I asked them to leave me a stack of their business cards because to me there is no better company to handle electrical work but this one. They were very candid about their rates for work completed, and they were willing to correct safety issue I had as well. The last electrical company I used through AL was exactly the opposite of this STAR company!!

Description of Work: Iwant my $39 returned to Pay Pal. Not only did you charge them but they charged me $39 on my bill. I paid twice. Sue Peters The front lites don't work. Never came back to fix an outside garage lite. Fixed the cord on a heater and put up a new light outside and changed 3 lites inside. Every one I have dealt with wants more money.

There is really only so much one can do for free. We simply can’t [Member Information Removed] a business at all if we don’t charge for the things we do. A $39 coupon doesn’t exactly get a lot done. It was however nice to meet you, I’m sorry about your medical condition. Its a shame that you are going through that. To be honest, hearing your medical story is the reason we did all of that other stuff at no charge, including dusting off the chimney and fireplace for you since it required our ladder. No other company in the world would have done all of the things we did for you at your house for absolutely free. I wish you well.

Ma'am, We pulled your invoice and went over the electrical work that we did for you, which consisted of installing a receptacle behind your tv over the mantle, hanging your bedroom chandelier, closet chandelier, bathroom chandelier, installing a dedicated circuit below your panel in the garage, replacing a 2 pole breaker, installing 2 dimmers. There were definitely other contractors in your home that day if you remember. July 7th. Your friend also had them do electrical work since their company needed more outlets installed. We installed all of our items to code and perfectly, we then cleaned up as we always do, and we left. The other company still had at least a days work. From your comment, I am certain that the electrical work "finishing touches" you speak of are not from us, as we weren't there for the finishing touches. Your stereo installation company was going to perform the rest of your electrical work, per your friend and their clipboard man,specifically the receptacle needed above your chest of drawers for that television. From watching them have to cut through your ceiling joists to install the speakers above the bed, it's my guess that they must have done something electrically that you now believe we did. We would be glad to repair anything that you are unsatisfied with. Please contact us, I don't feel as if we deserved the comment, and it's highly likely that you think we did their work.

You should call one of the big box stores. Their prices will really shock you. We have had the same prices since 2004. Perhaps we should bring them up to 2019 prices with everyone else? I will consider your recommendation.
