Titan Contracting and Renovations

We had a fantastic experience with John at Titan Construction. We had a vision for our house and he made it come true. John was on top of organizing the various crews and he ensured that all aspects of the project remained on schedule. The project finished on time and the final result was a professionally executed beautiful addition. We highly recommend John!

Overall an excellent experience. We ran into some early permitting issues but John was active in working to resolve them. Once we were through that, the deck build went very well, the teams that came were thorough and detailed leaving a great final product. We will be using John again for our master bath remodel here very soon. Great job.

I am very pleased with the way this project went. John Stewart did an excellent job of coordinating the trades and keeping the project on schedule. His knowlege of the pros' availability and proactive management skills achieved excellent results and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get home improvements performed.

Our house flooded from a toilet supply line break in our master bathroom. It took several weeks meeting with different contractors and restoration groups before finding John. He came highly recommended for his expertise and attention to detail. From the first consult with him we were super impressed and truly felt comfortable allowing him to lead the renovation. He helped coach us through issues with insurance, and the remediation company and always had our best interest in the forefront. Once work finally began (delays because of insurance) he constantly had work being done. He was always in frequent, almost daily, communication. There were so many details that he just handled. Each time I would have a question and call him he already had it taken care of! There were a few issues along the way that John handled super professionally and did it “right” rather than cutting corners. Our house was completely transformed and we could not be happier with the quality of work. John stuck with us for the duration of about 6 months and we are so grateful to have worked with him. John is now a wonderful friend and resource to have for our future!

The process went very well. The installers were really experts. In fact, all the workers involved were professional and courteous. I’m very happy with the results. I also appreciated that John kept me informed by phone or text throughout the process.

John has been working on our kitchen Remodelling nd very pleased with the work he performed.He has been very cooperative,understanding nd knowledgeable nd very prompt in answering our questions at any time nd always has positive attitude.Pleased with his work we have added two more projects for him .

What an incredible process with John and team. We had met with a handful of contractors for the project and honestly Titan came in with the lowest bid. This was a project we were not expecting to redo ground up so we were trying to keep the costs as reasonable as we could. John did multiple quotes for us showing multiple options. We ended up spending a little more to get Trek decking instead of wood. His Trek pricing was still better than other companies were quoting wood. He had all the product and dumpster dropped when promised and only took a 50% deposit after that. He did a few extra things that were not in original quote because he felt it was the right thing to do for the job, not charging us more of course. The end result was a brand new deck from the concrete footers to the siding they replaced on the house. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Titan to anyone with a home project.

Updated Kitchen and added new tile showers to Owners suite bath and secondary baths. Work was done on time and exactly the way we wanted. Not to mention made my wife happy! I would recommend Titan contracting they did a great job for us

John and Titan are absolutely fantastic. They did amazing work, met their project deadlines, and staying in communication with us throughout the project to let us know what was going on or if there were changes. Also, John would not stop until we have everything just right. We have already hired him again since this first basement finishing. He is the best!

John and his crews did a major remodeling project on our old house. He was great to work with, always on top of things, and made everything along the way easy to deal with. We are thrilled with everything they did from siding and windows, to the addition, screen porch and deck, bathrooms, plumbing and hardwood floors. Definitely recommend!

John was a meticulous project manager. He communicated frequently with updates and was quick to respond even on weekends and evenings. He made nearly daily visits to ensure everything was on track to finish in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised that the renovation was so seamless and have recommended him to a number of neighbors.

John and his crew are so professional and flexible. He listened to our design needs, made suggestions and turned an unfinished basement into a beautiful work of art. I’ve referred him to two neighbors and now they are using him! He has great follow up and communication skills and can present ideas to work around your budget. Hire him and you won’t be disappointed!

I had two bathrooms completely remodeled and they turned out fabulous. John is very responsive to all questions and kept me in the loop. I would definitely use Titan Contracting and Remolding again. If you’re looking for someone that does a great job and response immediately, John is your guy.

John is a man of integrity. What John says he will do he does. John sets a work schedule and works it. We found John to be FAIR! The quality of the work is excellent.
