+ 1 more6 months after having regrouted the corners of the shower ($1010), it came apart again in one corner. He was very responsive in planning to come out and fix it, but said "by the way, it will take 10min, but I will have to charge you $185 for gas and time." ???

+ -1 moreIt went so well! Brad was responsive, right away, and we booked him to start the next day! He and his co-worker/son were craftsmen at laying tile. They were professional, knowledgeable. His suggestions were helpful. The final product leaves everyone who sees it saying "Wow". So good. I'll hire him again.

Description of Work: Heated towel rack is always on. Mr Steam Shower does not work and leaks. He vented the MR Steam shower to the kitchen not the outside. All our electrical breaker consistantly turn off. Left the job unfinished. Refused to answer calls from contractors about water roofing and other questions. RIPPED US OFF !!! BEWARE!!!!
