Think Green Lawn Service

ThinkGreen Lawn care. Technician Geovany Catano is very professional, diligent and gives me the impression that ThinkGreen is sincerely interested in retaining satisfied Customers. I did my own fertilizing & weed control for +10 years, trying to save money; the results were disappointing vs the effort & expense. We “bit the bullet” & enrolled with ThinkGreen. While it took 3-4 months, our yard is more beautiful, I have one less concern. I think I’ll pay the 2nd year in advance, save the cost of one visit and tip the crew. Thanks.

We have had a poor experience with Think Green this year.. We usually have a healthy beautiful green lawn. That is until this year. This year our grass is half dead and full of weeds. We reached out to Think Green and they finally agreed to send someone out to look at it. Their associate John came by and said the state of the yard was "shocking" and he did not have a confident answer as to what could have caused this. He called us back the next day with still no explanation and no reasonable solution. On the phone he was unprofessional, short, rude and very unapologetic. We had a grass expert (independent) look at it and he immediately identified that the wrong chemicals had been used. When we asked to have their tech identify what he used we were told that he didn't work there anymore. We asked them to replace the damaged grass they said no and didn't want to accept any responsibility, just excuse after excuse.

Not well at all! I paid them literally hundreds of dollars for lawn treatment over the past year and the lawn looks horrible! The can't control simple weeds.

It has been OK. They are at my house several times during the year to apply appropriate chemicals.

They did a great job, the treatments were affective, however, our billing had a few issues.

Yard is weed free. Think Green always calls the day before they come to perform the service which is considerate. They are prompt and quick.

I have had good and really bad service in the past, then I contacted Think Green. Their rep, Chris Iconis, came out on time and identified my problems before I had to say a word. He answered most questions I had before I asked them and did not try to sell me anything I did not want or ask about. Since our mosquito and flea/tick treatment we have had not bites and no ticks! Problems our old chemical company told me there was nothing you could do about it are gone. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced from a service company. They are polite, professional and do what they say they will do. This company is the real deal and truly care about their customers. I am, what some might say, picky about my lawn but now I have no worries. I highly recommend Think Green and will continue to do so to my friends and family.

Think Green Lawn Service does really an excellent job. These guys came in and do an excellent job. We have a nice lawn due to them. They are punctual. They call before they arrive. They back up their work.

I was in touch with them in May about a refund as we are no longer needing their service. I have talked to them on five or six different occasions and have been promised a refund. They keep saying that I will receive the check by such and such date, but have still never received the refund. They do not seem to keep to their word and I would not recommend them.

They are good. We don't have issues with the weeds the way we used to. They are always very professional and I like the fact that they can do what they need to do even when we are not here. They are easy to work with.

I've used them for a couple of months. They are prompt and efficient. The price is right.
